Dunkin has been around a long time but I only recently have really begun to love them. I always thought of them as just donuts and coffee, and since I don’t drink coffee and rarely eat donuts, they never got much action, but when I learned they have some good breakfast items I became a believer. What can stand up to a crunchy McDonald’s hash brown? Definitely the little quarter sized nuggets of chive and potato hash at Dunkin! In fact I would choose these over any fast food hash out there most of the time. No, you won’t have minty fresh breath after, but the taste is so worth it! And surprisingly their wrap-ups(breakfast taco) are killer too and pair perfectly with the hash. A real strip of bacon, what I’m fairly certain is a real egg, nicely melted cheddar cheese and a slightly crunchy flour tortilla, taking the form of a taco, essentially. Oh, and they take the time to season them with salt and pepper, just look at the pic I took and you can see the specs of pepper in there. Now I am a huge taco snob, but I can make an exception for fast and cheap when necessary. These are really good though, clearly made with decent ingredients. They may not look or sound like much but they satisfy, and I can get several for cheap. And throw in a good selection of donuts(Boston cream, lemon filled, old fashioned, chocolate, glazed, etc) that I can order through a drive-thru no less, and I can also get a coffee for my wife, how can I go wrong?

Horrible iced coffee! It literally bites you back in the face. Packet sugar isn’t meant for iced coffee — save that for the hot beverages! You need simple sugar syrup. Spend the extra 5 minutes and drive to the Highway 6 location, it’s a bit better.

The coffee is good, the food is bad. The donuts are frozen and taste stale. It is never busy… for good reason.

0 – 3 drinks never right. Packet sugar in a cold drink ??? Doesn’t mix who does that anymore. Donuts are not what you’d get at other locations . I’ve been here serval times it’s always something wrong.

How does a donut shop always run out of donuts? This seems to be the common theme at this location! Can I get credit back I added on my app? Can’t even use it on ‘ran out of’ donuts! Update: National Donut Day so I decided to give them a chance because they have one of my favorites, French curlers. Again, no donuts, when asked if they planned to bring more out, the lady said she doesn’t know! This was in the morning! Plenty of donut shops around, go to one that actually has donuts to choose from. Shipley has never failed me and their lines are 3x as long!

Nobody says hi when you walk in. On Sunday morning, just a few customers, the manager gave us a look of exhaustion while taking our order. How many donuts do you want? Sheesh, I don’t know — I have kids — let me just tell you what I want and you can count them up at the end. 7 minutes wait on a bagel. This is a place where nobody gives a crap — the flies are more energetic than the manager.

This place always takes forever in the drive pick up for a simple order of coffee and a cream cheese bagel it took more than ten minutes to get me my order. I looked through the window and there were 5 people on staff, 1 cleanjng a coffee machine and 2 resting on a counter top, 1 in the back and the other manning the drive up register. A ridiculous amount of time to wait for a bagel cream cheese and a coffee

If you don’t get here at the crack of dawn on the weekends, good luck trying to a the donuts you want. They are always out of everything. Stick to in-house made Shipley’s.

I actually prefer their caramel iced coffee over Starbucks caramel iced coffee!!! Such a sweet flavor! Now for customer service I had no problem the guy that attended me was actually really polite!

For a company with donuts in the name, they seem to not have any to choose from. Went for the first time last week and the menu seemed to be lacking in any real choices. Looked similar to a McDonalds line up. A bunch of variations on egg and cheese. I was going to get donuts for my coworkers but there was nothing to choose from. Stick to shipley’s for your donut needs.

First, I’m not expecting anyone to drop what they’re doing when I get to the register to order, but if you’re in the middle of something, a simple acknowledgement wouldn’t hurt, e.g. «Hi, we’ll be right with you.» This morning I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel. The young lady who brought the food out to the counter(different from the young lady who essentially ignored my existence for a little while before finally taking my order) brought out a bacon egg and cheese on a pretzel bun. I told her that it was supposed to be on a bagel and she was super sweet and stated that she’d fix it. Very shortly after that I left with sandwich in hand. I know that she just replaced the bread, because I could taste the lil granules of salt from the pretzel bun, but it was decent. Flash back a couple weeks when Hubbs and I stopped in for some sweet treats for us and the kiddos. They were out of at least 3 – 4 types of ice cream, but had the buckets all out of order so you’re trying to pick a flavor and it looks like they have it, but Jk, that’s chocolate chip, not cookies & cream. They were out of fudge for the hot fudge sundae, and the girl who took that particular customer’s order essentially made the entire sundae before mentioning to the customer that there was no actual fudge. And one of our kids wanted donut holes, but they were out of glazed donut holes. It was a train wreck! There are so many better options for doughnuts and ice cream anyway, it’s just not worth the hassle for mediocre sweets.

The manager there provides horrible service, and threatens neighboring business. I think it is in everyone’s best interest to not encourage this bad behavior and just move along.

These folks are unbelievable. They cannot compete on their own terms and have to threaten neighboring small businesses in order to survive. Stay away!

Over priced junk. I was glad this place was putting in co close to home. Truth is I’m used to the small donut shop business. After trying to Dunkin Donuts a few times I am convinced I will forever be a small donut shop kinda girl. I can’t find one single thing i like to eat here.

Sat in drive thru for 15 mins for 6 donuts. I asked if they were short staffed and the lady said yes that there were only two of them working. Unreal management… how do you allow that to happen.

The donuts were sloppy and seemed to be made in a hurry and they just dump the donuts in a bag like nothing. My advice stick to Shipley’s

I agree this location is not focused on customers. Lots of young kids behind the counter that are having a good time if you can get someone’s attention to be helped. Yes service is slow but the donuts are ok. Did once see an employee whose shift was over come from the back and get served when there was a line of paying customers. It’s hit or miss with this location. They are still new.
