This is an update to my previous review! As the DMS manager replied to my previous comment claiming I’m in NJ. Although my profile isn’t updated yet but I’m a current resident in Evergreen Villas in Anaheim.
This management never respond to text messages or return calls even if you leave them voice message to call you back!

Just signed my lease last Monday with Robert at DMS and I can say that the experience has been incredible and smooth. I love that they are up to date with technology… I can pay my rent online! I can also request maintenance items and such through their portal. I’m not a big fan of having to drive or mail my rent check in or leaving messages and waiting for call backs so this is a HUGE plus in my book. The lease was even an easy online process as well. No need to keep a copy of it in paper form. I highly recommend using their services and they are very pleasant and courteous.

DMS Property Mgmt has been managing our rental property for two years. We’ve had excellent service from them from the first day of management. We first acquired the property two years ago when my dad passed away and it needed a lot of refurbishing. DMS Property Mgmt. oversaw all of the work that needed to be done and then interviewed and found the right tenant. The monthly rental check is deposited directly to my account and I receive a statement each month online. It’s all so convenient, I don’t have to lift a finger! I would very highly recommend DMS to anyone who needs property management!

I have had a tenant living in my two bedroom rental condo for 30 years and I recently wanted to have him sign a new lease with my wife and me. I wanted to make sure that I was compliant with all of the current tenant-​landlord laws so I gave Robert Sittman a call at DMS Property Management. He came over to our house and helped us fill out a new lease for the tenant along with a lead based paint addendum. He was pleasant to work with and was familiar with many of the new tenant-​landlord laws. I feel confident about our new lease agreement with our tenant and I feel much more protected against a lawsuit. Thank you so much DMS Property Management!

DMS is by far our best property management we have encountered. They are really good at taking care of any problems or concerns. Robert has been nothing but good to us, he has been very helpful and professional and on top of any problems that needed to be addressed. We couldn’t thank them enough for all they have done for us in these short months we have rented with them. We do see us staying with them until we decided to purchase a home of our own!
