As first time homebuyers, we were referred to Bluebird Inspections by our realtor and we were truly impressed by their professionalism, detailed inspection of every inch of the property, from seams coming loose from the side walls of the bathroom, to broken or cracked tiles on the roof. The final report was provided to us within 3 — 4 days and was extremely detailed and provided recommendations for regular maintenance and how to turn off the water and gas valves on the products currently installed on the home. This report will give us comfort in knowing that we purchased a good, quality, home that requires some fixes, but will not deter our decision from purchasing the home. Should we purchase another home in the future, we will definitely use Bluebird Inspections again! Thank you John!
