Needed a direct deposit slip for work. Sheree was awesome, got to me quickly and helped me out since I was on my lunch break. Was in and out within 15 minutes. Great and quick service for me. Thank you.

Never changes… 1 – 2 tellers to help out a sea of people. Love this bank but one thing remains after several years of banking here. Long wait times while branch manager just kind of watches along.

I personally think it’s hard for any bank to receive 5 stars just because most of what they do involves the raping of everybody’s wallet however, I shall take the time to review this place. I had an incident where I meant to transfer $ 150 from my savings to my checkings to pay for my car; however due to the fact that I was at work and trying to be on stealth mode while my boss patrolled the office caused me to accidentally transfer only $ 50. I’m gonna say right off the bat that I recognize that this is nobody’s fault but mine. Here’s where the kicker comes in. I had spent some money here and there the week before and worked the following weekend. After I worked I MADESURE not to spend any money because I knew I would have to pay for my car. What happens? «Coincidentally» the way the system processed it went as follows: «HONDAPAYMENT, Starbucks — $ 4.40, Charro’s Chicken etc» They processed my car payment first then everything else after and charged me a ridiculous amount of late fees! I went to this bank to try to talk to somebody about it and all the teller could tell me was«That’s the way the system processes everything» I already know that, however I wanted to receive an answer as to why, or talk to somebody who could explain to me why the system does that? I know for a fact it doesn’t take over a week for a starbucks payment to go through. Maybe a few days but not a week. I explained to her that I recognized that I made a mistake but that I meant to transfer $ 150 over to my savings. The lady suggested that I be more responsible with my money, and kept repeating the same thing. When I told her it was not a responsibility issue anymore than it was a lack of a keen eye issue, she kept repeating the same thing as if I weren’t understanding. I found the whole thing very comical. When I suggested the system does that on purpose so that her bank could collect late fees she suggested I log all of my spending to ensure the avoidance of over draft fees. Really? Did she really need to talk to me like I was teenage girl who just got a credit card that daddy gave her to spend on Hollister shorts? I don’t know how many times I had to explain to her that I knew I didn’t have money in the bank, there’s no way I would’ve spent money that week and that I meant to transfer 150 but only transfered 50 because it was ACCIDENTAL not because I don’t know how to track my spendings. She could have brought a manager out to explain it to me. I can accept the $ 200 late fees, if I’m paying your company that much at least have the audacity to attempt to give me good customer service and legitimately try to assist me. I just wanted to talk to somebody who could explain to me WHY the system does that! Not talk to me in a condescending tone. I just wanted a simple answer. I’ll give them one star because they have a nice security guard man and another star for the nice greeter.

I guess the bank avoided having me owe them overdraft or returned check fees. If my paycheck bounces and I can’t cash it, I would really like a reason why instead of «I can’t tell you». It was embarrassing to talk to the teller. This branch wouldn’t even let me deposit it. I’d have appreciated to know what my next step/rights are.
