Quality Dry Cleaners

I used this location for a few years. Initially I was satisfied and very happy with the quality. Over time the quality got worse and worse. Recently they changed their process and they send out all of their dry cleaning to a different location. The sleeves on my shirts were not even pressed and I actually had to iron my dry cleaning after picking it up. Another time it was as if they handed me back my dirty clothes on a hangar and tried to charge me for it. The last straw for me was when I had them try and treat two stains on my wife’s work pants and was told when I dropped them off that if they couldn’t get it then I wouldn’t be charged. Upon picking up the pants the stains were actually worse than before and the lady very rudely stated «we never guarantee anything» as she proceeded to try and charge me for the job they didn’t do. Don’t let this business’s banner claiming to best in Akron are fool you. Banners can obviously be bought to say whatever you want them to say. Perhaps they are best in Akron at pissing off their customers?
