I have used PAK for a few years. First was to find out why my computer wouldn’t connect to the internet. They fixed it by rolling back my latest anti virus software. Second was free advice given to me on moving files between my old computer and my new computer. Last was for blue screen problems. My Windows 7 computer would blue screen for no particular reason. I didn’t want my computer upgraded to Windows 8, I just wanted my computer fixed. After 8 to 10 tries, replacing memory and mother boards, the issue lessened but never went away. But, new issues were introduced. My computer now will just power off for no reason, not even a blue screen. It won’t always start, I have to keep trying 2 or 3 times for it to startup. Now about half the time the computer will not power down. Once it hangs up I have to hold the power button down until it does shut off. I upgraded to Windows 10 which stopped the blue screens completely but all of the other issues are still there. I don’t think I will be back.

I took my lg g2 with a broken screen into pak around December 1st, they told me they would order the part and and call when it arrived and do the repair. I called them 2 weeks later asking what was happening, i would come to find out they didn’t order even the part! Afterwards i of course asked for a refund and they told i had to drive there and get it which is a hassle after you spend 2 weeks not knowing whats going on. I would not recommend this company to anyone after my experience.

Excellent customer service! Went in looking for a power supply converter wire for my sons computer. Phil spent quite a bit of time with us, made sure we had exactly what we needed and helped my son understand what he needed to do and even helped him figure out what he had already done wrong. Trust these guys — they know what they’re doing!
