Here is our story. Built a new home. Moved in Sept 2014. Heating and cooling installed by Falls Heating & Cooling. It is now Jan 2016. Furnace quit last week. Had a tech out on Saturday 23rd. he decided it was the pressure switch, a common enough problem. Said he would order a new one. Monday 1⁄25 someone called and said they’d be out Tues. 8:00 first appointment. At about 8:45, TWO techs arrive. After installing the new pressure switches they determined that the problem was elsewhere. Said they would have«install» come out to rehang the vent tubes(for better flow?). Wednesday comes and goes, no call from Falls. Thursday 9:00 am. I call and, surprise, get an answering machine. Leave a message. Hear nothing by 3:30 so I call back and talk to the person who I talked to Monday. Not her department I am told. She transfers me to «install» dept. No answer, so I leave another message. Get a call back within 20 minutes(that’s good) and am told they will be out to «fix my furnace issues» on Monday 2⁄1(not so good). Understand that I live in Ohio and it is Jan. Between the two space heaters I bought, and running my oven, keeping all interior doors closed, I am able to keep it about 60 in the house. Sort of like camping. This unit, according to my builder, was supposed to be state-of-the-art. They get 2 stars rather than one because the techs were very courteous. From my experience, stay away from the Comfortmaker brand.

Returned from a family vacation to a house filled with carbon monoxide due to a failed furnace. After temporarily moving out of the house, obtained quotes from 6 local HVAC companies. Falls offered the best price, a very efficient quote visit and won the job. Due to our situation, installation of the new furnace was scheduled for the next day. The installation & county inspection were broken up into two days. Everything went great. We have a quiet new high efficiency furnace AND peace of mind. The folks involved could not have been nicer or more professional. Communication was great — no surprises! This is now my «go to» HVAC company. I have already referred family & friends.

This company is as good as it gets for price and service!!! We recently had Falls Heating & Cooling install a new furnace and a new central air unit. We were quoted a great price for both units, and they got us scheduled quickly. The day of installation, they arrived on time, and I was very impressed with how fast the whole process went without any problems. After the install was finished, the electrician came out and hooked everything up, then Falls came back out to inspect the units and to explain to us how they worked. Our experience was really good with this company, very professional employees, and we’ve had no problems with our new furnace or central air unit.
