Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits

The food was delicious but the customer service was horrible at the drive threw. Instead of saying thank you the girl just says «uuuuhhh-​huh». She pretty much rushed me at the drive through. She basically through me the bag with the food and was quick to shut the drive threw window

Have come here for years and food great. Today chicken was tough, batter was strange tasting and a strange color. Biscuit flat, not fluffy! Tasteless. Spoke with a female manager who had zero interest in me as a customer or my complaint. No customer skills at all.

If it had the option for 0 stars, this place doesn’t deserve any whatsoever !
Came on a Monday night, stood on the drive thru for 10 minutes, we drove up to the window and the male and female cashier didn’t even care to take our order, the female had a horrible attitude telling us what do we want, that is no way to speak to a customer, they were ignoring all the cars in the drive-​thru ! Will most definitely never return here !

Popeyes should maybe look throughly on who they hired and if in fact they have and can carry good customer service !

Been there a few times and the food is very good as long as you eat it there. When I’ve taken it home, it gets all soggy. Better to eat in.

The food is good as usual however the service is suspect. They certainly don’t follow affirmative action hiring practices. My heart goes out to all the cutler ridge rats who have been turned away from employment here. Not right.

It just took a while to get my food and the management wasn’t all to helpful. But the food was good like most times and fairly fresh.

May not be the healthiest option but when you want to be bad and have some good fried chicken it’s pretty damn good here, and oh yeah those biscuits are amazing. Service is not the best, seems to take a while to receive your order. I waited over 7 minutes on several occasions inside the restaurant.

Chicken biscuits and coleslaw,… oh my! The food is delicious! I highly recommend the blackened ranch and the Mardi Gras mustard sauces. They are out of this world! The location is very clean and the staff is very helpful.
It is unfortunate that there are not more locations throughout miami-​dade County. If there was more, I would frequent this location a lot more.

Very nice and clean. Fast service. Like always the chicken was awesome. Pumpkin pies available. Yum yum.

Sometimes it’s nice to just enjoy the simple things in life… Popeyes is one of them. It’s nice to have every once in a while. The only thing I have ever gotten and ever will get is the popcorn shrimp. It’s a super inexpensive meal. Service here is pretty okay, the staff is usually friendly. There’s usually never alot of people in here so the wait isn’t that long. And they keep everything relatively clean here.

Food is great here but soda machine doesn’t have their flavors like they say they do, they put spicy chicken instead of regular in my kids meal. So I give it 4 star. The company should work on some more kids meals. Just a Suggestion …

Concept is good but poor executed! Terrible service! small amount of food at regular prices althought the Biscuits is the best they have!

This place is sooo slooww! Even when you go in to eat they are slow. They don’t know how fast food works. Took forever to get my order! At least my chicken tenders were fresh. And the dining room was dirty. The floor looks like pigs ate here.

I just returned home from Popeye’s one of my favorite fast food spots and was not too pleased with my meal. I ordered the 5pcs chicken strip combo with Red beans & rice and two dipping sauces (Barbecue sauce and Mardi Gras). The beans and rice were Luke warmthe rice was heading toward HARD and the strips were very hard which indicates that they had been sitting for a while. The lady working at the window forgot to give me my dipping sauces in addition to the above. this made me feel as though they don’t give a DAMN about their production or delivery, undercover bosses need to pay them a visit.
I understand that this is fast food and the expectation cannot be too high but DAMN the food should be fresh. I feel that they should strive to get the orders correct and provide the condiments that we pay for when ordering. Tonight I was thinking about how Ghetto the workers are there and though that maybe they were saving the dipping sauces and jelly for themselves and purposely forgetting to place them in our orders. When you order strips or nuggets GIVE US THE DIPS WE ASK FOR, THEY GO WITH THE MEAL.
I must say that Mc Donald, Burger King and even Wendy’s has stepped up their game, I suggest this particular Popeye’s do the same! I will not be revisiting this one again, I’m disappointed!

FOOD: Some friends and I had their 3 piece combo. The chicken pieces were tiny, I think that chicken must have been on an extreme diet, pieces were small, greasy and did not taste much. Mash potatoes and gravy were excellent and coleslaw was very good. Unfortunately, the star of this place, its chicken did not shine through.
SERVICE: I ordered at the counter, service was quick and efficient. For some reason there is no plain water at their soda fountain, like in other places
VALUE: I thought it was very expensive since the chicken pieces were really small.
ATMOSPHERE: The place was clean, ac worked and has plenty of parking.

Food is good but service sucks! It never fails-​everytime I go through the drive through I have to wait a minimum of 15 minutes and I have to pull around. I will be avoiding this place. Very frustrating.

I love Popeyes Chicken and Biscuits. Their food is YUMMY! Being from Utah I don’t get to eat at Popeyes very often because they don’t have any locations in my state, so its always a treat when I travel. Unfortunately despite my hungry this location failed to live up to my stomach’s expectations. I think maybe the chicken just wasn’t fresh, because it was tough, and kind of difficult to eat. Oh well… Maybe my visit was a luke… but eater beware this location may be not very consistent.

The wait time is insane. Sometimes it’s just one or two cars and it takes FOREVER !
The food is ultra yummy & fatening as can be … No complaints as far as the food. Always deelish.
The customer service not the best. My huband ordered a chicken meal and a Tenders Meal. They had him wait on the side for the tenders. He waited 10 min drove home & no tenders in the bag. HE WAS BEYOND MAD. He called and they had him come back. They gave him about 20 tenders in a box but, no fries. He had ordered a tender meal originally. That was nice but, they still screwed up.

Popeyes Chicken and Biscuits, as you may have already guessed, is a chicken and biscuits fast food joint.
The chicken strips and sandwiches aren’t the best, but it’s fast food, you shouldn’t expect much. But their biscuits are life changing. They’re so buttery and soft and sweet and salty and everything awesome– packed into a round piece of bread. They’ll also clog your arteries, so watch out.
This location always seems to have long lines in the drive-​thru, and the wait is pretty long because of it. Nothing really fast about the fast food here.
