Pizza Hut

Worst delivery ever. Never got my pizza because I was simply tired of waiting for an hour and 40 minutes. I called and asked why they were taking so long and he said because the guy went to drop off another order first. Piece of crap. Save your time.

Terrible delivery service, waited 2 hours to find that they hadn’t even recorded my order. They DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING

Hungry.
Ordered pizza via the online app. Wanted to try the new crusts and sauces they offer. The ads make them look good.
Got the 2 medium 2 toppings deal. The first was hand tossed with a Curry crust, crushed tomato sauce and a balsamic swirl.
The sauce was actually tasty. The balsamic gave it a bit of sweet and acid which was nice. The curry crust was a disappointment though. The pictures look like it is baked onto the outer crust. The pie arrived with curry powder sprinkled on.
The second pie was Hand tossed with the Ginger Boom Boom crust. Again looked like just a regular crust to me. Couldn’t even see or taste any ginger sprinkles. The sauce was the Honey Sriracha, which didn’t have much spice or flavor. A bit dry too. The swirl was the Buffalo sauce. That was good. Really added some much needed oomph.
Maybe this location just didn’t make it right, but the New Pizza Hut offerings did not bowl me over.

Holly Shit customer service at this location is non·ex·ist·ent — adjective: non-​existent not existing, or not real or present. I like to give the definition by chance an Employee or manager might read this and see the word. The pizza is better than some of your Pizza Chains in the area but delivery, quality and the skill they deal with failure to provide a decent product is very hit and miss. The woman manager here is a complete VAGINA so try not to speak with her to resolve anything. You will only be aggravated and frustrated with the amount of ineptitude displayed by a single individual and for $ 20 bucks its easier to just ignore her.

I’ll give them two stars because they are at least friendly, but the service here is relatively bad. Our pizza tasted old and undercooked, and the only real saving grace was the fact that we ordered ahead on the Pizza Hut app. I might come here to grab a slice during lunch after work — then again, I might not.
