First time I went to this restaurant was about 3 months ago and I thought it was just ok. I went with my cousins, we shared ceviche, which we thought it was good(not excellent), the anticuchos were ok, and the tallarines verdes were not that good. Two weekends ago my husband and I were craving ceviche and we were too lazy to make it ourselves. So I called and ordered two ceviches and an aguadito de pollo soup, we picked it up ourselves and when my husband came back he told me the total came out to $ 47, I thought it was a mistake so I checked the receipt and it showed the total to be $ 39, they added a 14% gratuity charge just for me calling and picking it up myself, I’ve never seen this, I even spoke to my cousin that is a waitress at a restaurant and she told me she was never seen this. My husband never thought the tip was included so he gave the girl $ 2 extra(I know!), and she got over $ 7 just for picking up the phone, which I don’t think is fair. That got me in a bad mood, but by the time we got home we thought ok, as long as it tastes awesome we are good. We tried the aguadito de pollo soup first and it was very good, my only complaint was that I felt the peas were frozen, and they defrosted them, because some peas were a little cold inside and had a weird flavor, I also wish they added more chicken to the soup. Then, we tried the ceviches, he had a seafood ceviche and I had a fish ceviche; we both didn’t like them, it was bad, it had no flavor and we couldn’t even finish it. I love to drink the ‘ceviche juices’ and I couldn’t even do that, it didn’t have a lime flavor, and it was so watered down. I don’t think we are ever returning to this restaurant, much less picking up food from here.

Went with a group from work. Please keep in mind they take hours to serve. They do not bring all the food at one and after waiting for so lonf the food is cold. I had to return my tallarin saltado. Cannot recommend this restaurant at all. Group of 10 all left very disapoonted

Llegue al restaurante a las 10:21 al porque en la página decía que abrían a las 7:30 am y me di con la sorpresa que abren a las 11:30 am. Deberían cambiar esta información. Que pena.

I’m no Peruvian expert but I enjoyed the Lomo Saltado a lo pobre. The meat was tender and juicy. The French fries were crispy. There was just enough sauce as to not make the French fries soggy. The egg was a perfect sunny side up. The plantanos were good and sweet. Overall it was a great plate, and I would order it again. I will be back.

Let me start by saying I love Peruvian food, and I can’t imagine such a thing as bad peruvian food. With that being said, the food here was not bad, but not memorable. We had the ceviche mixto and lomo saltado. The ceviche had a great marinade, but the seafood itself was just ok. The sweet potato was lacking flavor but the two types of corn were just right. The lomo saltado had great flavor, but was unfortunately mostly french fries with hardly any of the tasty sauce. Our server Marina was great; she was friendly and attentive without hovering. This place is new but they do have other locations and could be great with just a few tweaks.
