Been working for a company that is renting a few offices in their suite(they have been renting there for quite a while), and have nothing but good things to say about Pacific Workplaces. Some of the good things about Pacific Workplaces: 1.) They put in very good effort to help people from the multiple offices meet each other with occasional social mixers(eg X-mas, July 4th, etc). 2.) Their staff is *very* friendly and good at making everyone feel comfortable. If you have requests to make, they are very prompt at responding to them. 3.) They seem to be very modern with their approach to «Virtual Offices», and although the company I work for is not«virtual» you can tell they have a lot of options for businesses that may not need office space available every day. 4.) Facility is very modern and kept up very well. Excellent break room with vending machines(reasonably priced). Only issues I have are very minor(eg water dispenser in the fridge doesn’t dispense water very quickly). Oh, and they also have plenty of parking =D. Working in an office managed by Pacific Workplaces has definitely been a positive experience and I don’t know of any other suite-mates that have had a bad experience with them. Would recommend!

I have been a client of Pacific Workplaces in Cupertino since 2011 when I established my company. I considered a number of options before choosing the Cupertino center. While price was a consideration, when establishing a professional business presence it is only one of many. That said, the price is more than reasonable. Here are some of the reasons I chose Pacific Workplaces: — The staff is professional and friendly. This starts from the way they answer the telephone to the way they greet visitors and clients. Also, they take the time to get to know their clients. — The staff is stable. Pacific Workplaces does not have an employee revolving door at their center. This is important because my customers had a consistently good experience. Also, this cuts down on errors caused by constantly training new employees. — The staff is flexible. When I have needed something a little out of the ordinary the staff has been able to help and have always come through for me and my firm. –The center looks professional. It is comfortable. It is not a sterile office environment. I have strongly recommended Pacific Workplaces to new business people in the past and will continue to do so. My business has grown and become a success in part to the Pacific Workplaces staff. They provide a tremendous service!

You know how some of these rent an office space places are musty and noisy and the reception staff a little surly? Not here. The offices are clean and well appointed., something you’d be proud to have a first meeting in. The staff is pleasant and helpful and the office we were in was quite spacious. Wired internet access is included but Wireless has a small fee. I generally use this type of space for client meetings or business retreats. I’ll use this location again!

I’ve been a tenant at PBC for over 3 years, and I’ve only had positive experiences. This is a very spacious, hi-tech and clean office building. Building access and hours are convenient. There are plenty of parking spaces and PBC is located in a prime area. The management team and staff are great! Keith is the owner. He is very technical and hosts great business networking parties. Beth is the manager here in Cupertino. She’s as professional and classy as they come. Mary is Beth’s right hand and she is also great to work with. I highly recommend PBC/Pacific Workplaces to anyone looking for office space or a virtual office.

When we started our company, we chose to work from Pacific Business Center’s coworking space. The cost was $ 149 per person. The coworking space is nice and fits about 8 people. At that time we were two people and quickly discovered that it is difficult to have conversations without disturbing others, and need to step outside. Then we added a «virtual office» plan to gain access to the shared conference rooms. You prepay a certain number of hours per month to use the shared conference rooms. I think we paid around $ 300 for 40 hours. A virtual office plan also reduces the cost of the coworking space to $ 99 per person. So now we were at about $ 500 per month. This was good because now we had a place for meetings, phone calls, and video conferences. Then we added a third person to the company, and the coworking space was feeling a little crowded. Then we added a fourth person and realized it was time to move on… Pacific Business Centers also has private offices. The cost is a bit high; I recall an office that could fit four people snugly was around $ 1600 per month, for a 6 month lease. Unfortunately there is also a $ 300 per month fee per person, bringing the total to $ 2800 per month. The main benefit is that the office is furnished. Unfortunately our startup couldn’t afford this and we looked for traditional office space. Keith, Beth, and Deseree are all very nice and very helpful. I highly recommend Pacific Business Centers if it is in your budget.

I have been a tenant at this business center since May 2008 and am very happy. The location is convenient, the facility is terrific, and the people who run the operations are top-notch, personable and friendly. I could not be happier with my choice for the 2 offices that I have at PBS Cupertino. PBS management and support personnel make everyone feel like a family. I strongly recommend this center for those looking for a professional business center with shared services.
