It is truly about time Cupertino had a place where things are happening, it has been way too long. Lazy Dog and Philz coffee are open for a soft opening, the Grand Opening is coming soon as We Support Cupertino understands the articles. As residents we are very excited and can’t wait for the opening of many shops, restaurants, a hotel and much more. I personally know ladies who now consider Lazy Dog their go-to place for lunch. Main Street Cupertino is finally open! Sand Hill Properties was the developer behind this(remember the half-built downtown Sunnyvale) and the proposal for the new Valco development. Thus far, only Lazy Bear and Philz appears to be open along with the massive parking structure. There are still plenty of retail stores that need to be built along with the Residence Inn by Marriott. According to the City Planning, a small scale Target will also be one of the tenants at this development. …let’s hope that there will be enough parking once all of the tenants move in and that traffic in the area will be bearable!
