Beware, they try to charge you $ 3.2/ft² of HOUSE area (rather than attic area) for removing your attic’s insulation and adding in new ones (offering R30, pink panther insulation), which you really don’t need when you just want to get rid of the rats and seal the gaps so they don’t come back. They don’t want to measure the attic with a measuring tape and instead use Zillow to get the total square feet, then try to give you a $ 500 off «discount,» and if that doesn’t work, another $ 1000 off, when the insulation service that you don’t need in the first place was way overpriced from the square footage overestimate to begin with. They say they throw in the sealing of any holes and spraying sanitizer, as well as cleaning vents and crawl space, and replacing any ducts the rats chew through, but that doesn’t balance out the fact that you don’t need new insulation, which is the most expensive thing by far. They throw in a 1 year warranty, but rats can return after 2 – 3 years. They also pressure you to pick a date to do the service at the end of their «free» inspection, so I’d be very wary and shop around before «sealing the deal.» Just a fair warning.
