Floor Dental Group

I have to pay for my own dental care, so I am cost conscious and always ask how much a service or procedure will cost beforehand. Over time, this place has given me multiple quotes that bear no relationship to what I owed going out the door. For example, I thought I knew how much it would cost for a routine cleaning (more than most dentists by the way), but was shocked to find out they added $ 60 to measure the pockets, a 10 minute procedure with marginal value to me as a customer. Another time, the dentist offered a discount but the front office refused to honor it.
As far as I am concerned, this is disrespecting the customer. Even if your insurance pays for a service, your dentist should let you know the expense of their procedures because one way or another, you WILL pay for such high, invisible costs. There are plenty of five-​star dentists in our region who are more open and reasonable in their charges.
I have moved on to a different dentist who is doing a great job for a reasonable fee.

My wife suggested I switch to Floor Dental Group when we first started dating. I haven’t always had the best dental experiences in the past. Going to the dentist was not on my favorite list of things to do, but once I switched to Floor Dental Group that all changed. I have been going to the office for the last 6+ years and couldn’t be happier with the treatment I have received by Dr. Floor and the hygienists. I’ve had a lot of dental work in the past. Two bridges, multiple root canals, crowns and Dr. Floor is by far the best dentist I have ever been to.

At first this place I thought seems like this was our dentist this was the place to go and now I have changed my mind. I am in severe mouth pain — tmj my jaw totally locked up they kindly got me in and made me a temp gaurd i speak on the phone for a living and I have no time or can afford to take timeoff work to let my jaw rest — so yesterday and today I am in again extreme non stop pain even after taking 5 800 motrins… they want their patients to live in pain and that isnt very doc like. I refuse to go back to this place and I will tell everyone of this horrible experience

Massaging chair + nitrous + good classic rock music. Dr. Floor is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I’m usually averse to dentists but Dr. Floor makes me feel comfortable and he’s great at what he does. No pain. I’ve never felt the needle go into my gums. I was recommended to him by a friend and I’ve since recommended him to my own friends.

The office is stylishly decorated and soothing and the dental chairs are leather and fashioned like recliners; you won’t be in any hurry to leave either. The entire office staff is dedicated to making your visit as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
I have been a patient with Dr. Floor for nearly 30 years and would not think about going elsewhere. I have recommended Dr. Floor to my friends and they have referred him to their adult children.
