After having 5 pieces of furniture recovered beautifully this merchant really let me down on pieces #5 & 6. After waiting 6 months for him to start on the piece he rushed through the job and did not review his notes. A family heirloom was ruined so much so that I refuse to look at it again and could not bring it home. He will probably sell it and recoup his labor cost, meanwhile I don’t have the piece and am out of the expense of the fabric. They NEVER returned ANY of our phone calls or letters.
