What did I just eat here? It was a flavorless, watery slush — I’m not sure how this can be called frozen yogurt. And not to mention it was $ 12 for me and my husband. I gave two stars for the wide variety of toppings but what’s the point if the main dessert is just horrid.

Not impressed. Staff was not very friendly, it wasn’t very clean at all and the dessert was not very good.

Good job. Well management on the ice cream. But maybe less peanut options and more candies and cheers and sweets for the the people who can’t have peanuts :)

Frozen yogurt wasn’t SO bad like some of these reviews… I ate the entire thing! Not the best ever but I really like ice cream so it was adequate. Cute on the inside. Not busy at all coming on a late Thursday afternoon in March, cashier was friendly. Neither hate or love!

Didn’t get wow. We were craving some frozen yogurt drove around after eating dinner and saw this place. Went in and flavors were boring and simply. Yes, they have a lot of toppings. I’m glad to see cereal toppings that why they got two stars. Yes a lil expensive but what yogurt place is not. Just was not wow. I’m sorry now I wish I would have read some reviews and gone across the street to YM

The frozen yogurt tasted very strange here, almost like old sour yogurt. Their flavors were nothing special, only good thing about this place is the selection of toppings. Somewhat on the pricey side too. Not impressed.

Not a fan. The interior is cute, so the atmosphere is nice, but the yogurt just isn’t good. Watery, sugary, not great fullness of flavor, and a little pricey for what it is. I tried several samples when here with my family and ended up just not getting anything. Nothing tasted worth actually buying a cup. You’d be better off at Yogli Mogli across the street.

Frozen yogurt was awful(normal flavors — vanilla and chocolate); watery, bad flavor — just sweet. Of the many yogurt shops that I’ve been to, this one is at the bottom. Something is not right here. You can find much, much better nearby.

Place is disgusting… Bugs in the candy canisters and mold on bottom of machines! New owners are clueless and will be out of business! Former owners were the best…

I’d give it less, but I did not actually try the frozen yogurt. My son seemed to like it. There weren’t many good choices and there were a couple of broken machines. The cupcake was dry, but the icing was good. Not worth what I paid.

SUGARBOMBSDISGUISEDASFOOD This place was made for kids whose parents like scraping them off of the ceiling. I tried to sample the yogurt but it was so disgustingly sweet and processed that I had to spit it into a napkin. Yes, it was that bad. My husband actually ordered a serving but said that it was too sweet and had an artificial taste and my daughter simply did not like it. Done and done!

I love a place where you can get frozen yogurt and cupcakes and make your own all at the same time. I always come to this location for my yogurt fix and for a sweet treat after I’ve visited my oral surgeon. The staff is usually ran by younger people and if you ask for a recommendation on a cupcake they are more than happy to give it. They also provide coupons in the flyers around my area. There’s lots of places to sit and always clean.

A couple of weeks after this place opened I stopped in to grab a couple of fro-yos for me and my husband. They were not horribly busy yet no one could be bothered to help me out or grab me a couple of sample cups. The layout is hectic with bulk candy dispensers every few feet along the wall. From the impression I got, this place is one part yogurt shop, one part bakery and one part candy store. I would think you would want to be good at one thing before throwing more into the mix. I can’t speak of the product itself since I never got that far since none of the employees could be bothered with my business. Apparently multitasking is not a Sweet Monkey specialty.

For the price of the cupcakes, this place is NOTWORTHIT!!! I had the German Chocolate cupcake and I could have done better using a box mix. First, the cupcake is too big! Why do cupcake places feel the need to make a «mini-cake» a cupcake? Second, although the topping was good, the cake was DRY. The only way I got through ½ my «mini-cake» was to mix the topping with the cake. My daughter had the Double Chocolate(?) which was a bit better but not by far. Maybe next time I’ll try the yogurt but no more cake from this place!!!

Well I want to start by saying $ 4 for a cupcake is just too much. They have many interesting flavors, but they are all very sweet, a little too sweet actually. I have not tried the frozen yogurt, but based off the cupcakes, I have definitely had much better, certainly for a cheaper price.

The fro yo here was mediocre, at best. It looked kind of opaque, and wasn’t very creamy or flavorful. The gluten cupcake(s) in stock consisted of a glorified pumpkin chocolate chip muffin, and quite honestly, I make better GF baked goods! The icing on the regular cupcakes tasted plastic-y; mainly because it’s a fondant-style frosting. My husband & teenaged daughter, who have NEVER met a cupcake they didn’t love, ate about 2 bites and threw theirs away. Needless to say, we won’t be going back. Oh, and there were 2 people working, so by the time it was our turn to pay, the hot fudge had melted most of our fro yo anyway. Not a great experience. I wish there was a Sweet Frog in Cumming, Ga!

Meh. The frozen yogurt is good, maybe better than Yogli Mogli. The cupcakes are not impressive to me. A bit over the top with them, I would say. More simple cupcakes would be better. My recommendation is ‘Give Me Some Suga Bakery Bar’ in Suwanee for cupcakes. By far exceed what you will find at Monkeys.
