Starbucks

I got wrong the order, but they quickly made for me what I ordered and apologized sincerely. Very delicious, like all Starbucks.

This Starbucks is one of my favorites. Although it is always pretty busy, it’s clean and the staff are very friendly. I usually go through the drive through. When I do, I never spend more than 5 minutes in line. If I go inside, it’s usually because I’m meeting a friend or working on my laptop. I am always greeted with a smile and a genuine, friendly hello. And of course all of my drinks come out perfect, just the way I order them. For such a busy Starbucks, they have great customer service. Compared to all of the other Starbucks in Cumming, this one is the best.

I did it guys. I ordered WINE at Starbucks. I was siting at my house indecisive on if I wanted to go sip coffee and do work or head to a bar to get the creative juices flowing while working (benefits of being a graphic designer). My indecisiveness led me to this establishment thinking I was going to be responsible on a Wednesday night. As I glanced over the menu trying to pick the least amount of caffeine, since it was 8pm already, there I saw the most glorious list I’ve ever seen in a coffee shop. The wine list. Complete with 5 different reds. I promptly ordered a $ 6 Malbec and ignored the side eye given of the sleep deprived college students. Expecting my wine to be delivered in a plastic cup I was happy to receive a regular glass wine glass so I could further establish my fanciness among the less fortunate mortals. I settled in to a nice plump leather chair and placed a thoughtful gaze upon my face so as not to be confused with an alcoholic in a coffee shop. The wine was probably about mid shelf quality. So go forth my fellow winos and embrace who you are even if it is a coffee shop and not a bar!

This group of Starbucks employees is one of my favorite. They always seem to be helpful and upbeat. I will always choose this one over the more convenient one down the street for that reason alone. They consistently get my drink perfect. The drive through is fast. If you decide to go in you will realize that this is one of the biggest Starbucks you have ever been in. Highly recommended

I come to this Starbucks location at least twice a week. The store is always very clean and the service is prompt. I almost never have any issues with my drink or food orders. The ladies and men who make my drinks always have a smile on their face and seem to genuinely enjoy what they do. My only complaint is an older blonde lady who is frequently on the front register. I think her name is Kathy. She always seems to be in a sour mood, especially today when I ordered my iced coffee (first iced coffee here) I’d ask her a question about it, and she’d answer it sarcastically, as if I’m magically supposed to know everything about how they function. I went to use my lucky dozen reward, and let her know before I scanned my phone. I scanned it and she rudely exclaims «the computer says you still owe me $ 3.15!» I told her that can’t be right due to my reward, so then again, rudely, she exclaims «well, you should have told me in the first place that you had that.» I told her I had told her that, and she basically dismisses me and says not to even worry about my reward. She did this all infront of what I presume was a new employee in training. I’d give this location 5 stars if I didn’t have to constantly encounter her negative attitude.

I know many people probably can’t tell the difference between Starbucks locations, but I certainly can. I am a gold card member and visit many different Starbucks frequently, and this is by far one of the best. Their drinks are always perfectly made and always seem to have a better taste. I also love the interior! They have so many seats and tables– it’s perfect for when I need to study!

Everytime I come here, I’m always pleasantly greeted and my orders are always delivered perfect with a smile. I also like the convenience of the location just off 400

In all the Starbucks I’ve been to, from Seattle to New York City, this location is probably in my top 3. It’s, hands down, THE most spacious one I’ve ever been to, which means that finding a seat and claustrophobic feelings are usually never an issue. The square footage also provides a good degree of privacy if you need to study/​do work and/​or have a conversation with your coffee date (s).
Service is also great. I used to work within walking distance from this location, so I visited often and got to know the baristas quite well. They’re all super friendly and are eager to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with your order.
Sad that I no longer live/​work near to this location :(

My favorite Starbucks hands down. These people go above what’s expected to make people happy. I go here at least 4 times a week and always get greeted with a smile.

This Starbucks is best because of Steve the friendly barista with an accent.
And it has a drive through.

Really good food and really drinks and amazing service ! There’s also lots of options for kids!

This location has been a daily visit for the past three years. The last three visits have taken ten times longer than required. They just changed POS systems, but that should not change the quality of service. I tried to go inside one of the three times to see if it was just the drive through. It was not, I had to wait several minutes for any one to take my order. Several customers behind me were also upset.
Won’t be returning to this location.

What more could you want from a Starbucks than one that gets your order correct, I go inside to order 9 times out of 10 because the drive-​thru, even when I’m the only patron, seems slower than the wait inside. Don’t ask me. I can’t explain it.

One of the larger Starbucks, but always crowded. Nevertheless there is usually room for a quick meeting.

There are nice people in there, but OMG, the drive thru is soooooooooo slow. It usually takes no less than 15min to get through there. I really wish they would fix this issue. I called corporate and they have me some free drink coupons, but I’m not sure if I want to go because it takes too long.

The best indoor Starbucks experience in Metro Atlanta. Sooo manyyyy seating areas. From indoor to outdoor, also with reservable space to host meetings or work out of. Configured in an L shape at the end of a strip mall, plenty of space to stretch out or get a group of folks together.
Service here has always been spot on and a pleasure to enjoy the beverage onsite. Highly recommend!

This starbucks has several cool seating areas throughout.
First is seating on the sidewalk with umbrellas.
Next is my favorite — benches under a large covered patio
Inside there are plenty of comfy seats for working or chilling and using the wifi
Then there are the hightops with a bar.
I met a new friend there and we had a great time.
This is not one of the postage stamp sized starbucks that most locations seem to be anymore.
Staff is super friendly as well.

The drive-​thru baristas are always quite friendly at this location. They got my drink right, the service was great and I was on my way in seconds — need I say more?

Two of our staff members were having a crazy day driving all over the world visiting all of our new home communities when they decided to stop at this place near our Greystone Manor community down the road.
The staff was so funny and friendly (at 3pm — pretty impressive) that it made their day!
Thanks to this Starbucks team for making our visits to this side of town a real pleasure. Whenever we visit Greystone we’ll be sure to get our Starbucks fix here. Since we have 19 homes to build in 2013 we’ll definitely be frequenting.
