I wish I could choose a –5000 stars. Again, I had my computer overhauled here last weekend. It took them almost 24 hours rather than the 20 – 30 minutes they first said. Since then, I have have been using this computer and experience quite a slowdown and lost very, very, very important files for work! Where is that –5000 stars choice?! I would simply suggest once again, do not have your computer(s) worked on here.

IFYOUSNOOZE, YOULOSE! We decide to get a computer for our daughter because her computer was having difficulty. After reading the sale circular and noticing that the computers were on sale, my husband decides that we should go up to the Cumming store to check it out because Suwanee does not have the one he wants in stock. He calls the store and the specific computer is held until we can get there to check it out. The first problem that we encountered was that there was no model on the floor for us to check out and we would have to actually purchase the new computer before examining it. I found this to be a bit annoying but what can you do? Turns out that great sale on this particular item does not start until Sunday so the store is willing to continue holding said computer until the sale so that we can save $ 200. Now that is great customer service!,(or is it?) After leaving the store, we decide to travel to the other end of the center to check out the other options that are available. We ended up finding a better computer at a slightly higher price and now I am beginning to wonder if the price of the Staple’s computer is exaggerated so that it only appears as if we are getting a great deal. Hmmmm? Something to think about but I would guess that the sales price actually represents the true value of the computer. The moral of this story is: In the game of technology, someone is always ready and willing to make a sale, so you must stay on your toes. Even though our initial choice was not on sale today, no effort was made to show us other options. A costly mistake!

This place is big, laid out like a regular Staples. Flow is easy to navigate. Staff are relatively helpful — though it took me about five minutes to find someone to help me, when they did help me it was easy enough. The woman that checked me out was so friendly and kind, so I will definitely have to give props for that. They have a wide selection and generally their shelves are stocked better than other Staples in the area, but the only real downfall of this otherwise completely normal Staples would have to be that it always feel messy and disheveled when I am here. Things just aren’t set in their proper place well, and it can make it hard to look through things if you are OCD like me. But otherwise, this is just the run of the mill supplies store. As a whole Staples is a great place to find quality school/office supplies as generally low prices. They also carry the Martha Stewart line of office supplies which I fall for every dang time. I do love coming in here with high exceptions and leaving with low amounts of cash in my wallet.
