I’ve been shopping at Platos for years for my teenage girls. I was very excited to find one in Cumming. You can find names like — Miss Me jeans, American Eagle, Lucky Brand, Kate Spade, Coach, just to name a few. A nice variety for the young or young at heart. I love finding a deal!

Great place to get gently used clothing. I have two teenage children. If your budget conscience this is a place to check out. With teenagers, their bodies are changing constantly. Which means they out grow clothing fast. Not to mention, the styles change for teens change quickly. This place helps me keep up without breaking the bank. They sell Abercrombie, American Eagle and Aero at ½ the price.

Looked like they had a great selection, but I never got to look. Stood in front of the buy counter for 20 minutes with no help. Had a huge bag full of men’s polo shirts and jeans. Not once did anyone offer to help or ask if I was there to sale. I left after someone walked in with 3 garbage bags full of stuff and threw it on the counter — someone came over to help them and still did not acknowledge my presence. I’ve been to many platos and never had this horrible service. I will not be back to this location.

Great selection of men and women’s clothing. Customer service is horrible and unfriendly, isles are really small… it will be awhile before we come back. Unpleasant experience… I am hoping it is all because they just opened.
