Pizza and Gluten free pizza was not At all what I have come to expect from Pizza Hut

I live a mile from this location and it took over an hour to have our pizzas delivered on a Thursday. I ordered extra cheese and sauce on my pizza which I received neither. The hot wings were dried up and old; along with my wife’s pizza which was so horrible she threw away a whole large pizza. The Buford location also delivers dried up bread they label pizza. It seems if you want quality, you have to physically go and sit in one of the stores. This chain has really gone down hill over the last decade from a mega franchise to a struggling store front. I don’t care about all the new crust options and chocolate brownies when my pizza looks like someone left it out in the sun for a day. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice… I wont be a patron of this location in the future.

My first attempt to patronize them, my delivery didn’t show up. I called to find out where it was only to be told that the order had been placed for pickup. I explained that I ordered online and asked for delivery. The person on the phone told that I was incorrect and it was marked for pickup. I told them I was looking at the order I placed but was so frustrated at that point I told them to cancel it. Within minutes they were at my door delivering cold pizza which I was informed was free. Thanks for the cold cardboard.
Tonight I figured I would try again. It’s been about 6 months so I thought maybe they improved. Wrong. I placed the order for delivery and was given an estimate of a 30 minute delivery. 50 minutes later I called to see where it was and was told the guy left 20 minutes prior with my delivery and ONE other that was in my neighborhood. I live 5 minutes away so you would think 20 minutes would have been plenty of time to arrive. 10 minutes later the driver shows up and I asked if he was lost. He said no with no apology.
The pizza was lukewarm at best. Closer to cold than warm.
Never again. Shame on me for giving them a second chance.

Disappointed. Why are some places willing to let their customers suffer to save a little money? You can tell just walking in that cheap is the word. I ordered a P’zone that had almost no cheese and only a few pieces of meat. I asked if there was sauce in my box and was told it was. Got back to work, no sauce. So my lunch that day was just munching on a dry, chewy dough with a little meat. Yum.
