Pizza Hut

The worse Pizza Hut ever. The first I ordered it was wrong. I decided to give them a second chance and they still messed up the order. The manager Jeff wanted to argue with me about he performance of his staff and refused to give a refund. Don’t make the same mistake I did. This place is a waste of time. They can’t read orders or deliver on time.

Ordered for multiple families, told 45 – 60, called back at 90 minutes, sorry no record of your order, gave use $ 30 credit. Well not really. Tried to order tonight, no record of credit. I’m done with them.
Also, the mobile site has no option for customer service save for Spanish, and no option for non-​mobile, weak.

PLEASE READ!!! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced on more than one occasion. I don’t normally complain about service, unless it’s REALLY BAD. But after this many bad experiences, I just have to say something. Surely I am not the only one that has had issues at this location.
About 5 – 6 months ago we went to «dine in» for the lunch buffet. Upon arriving and being seated we were informed the lunch bar was a little low on food, but they were making more and it would be out shortly. 45 minutes later, one pizza had been brought out to the bar. As you can imagine this was an issue since it was lunch time and there were quite a few customers there. After spending our entire lunch hour waiting on pizza that never arrived, we had to head back to work since our lunch hour was over. In all, I think one of us had a piece of pizza, and the rest of us had a few breadsticks hoping food would be brought out shortly. Which never happened. They still insisted we pay full price, but offered to comp our drinks. Which didn’t do much good since 2 of us were drinking water. I chalked it up to «they were just extremely busy, or short-​handed.»

On the second occasion (maybe 2 – 3 months ago), we went for dinner time. It wasn’t too busy, but apparently our waitress had had a long shift. She left to go home after we ordered. Our pizza hadn’t even arrived at our table. Later, someone else brought our pizza to the table, but we never received the breadsticks we ordered. Once we received our pizza, everyone disappeared into the kitchen, or went outside to smoke. (We knew about the smoke break, because the employees were talking loudly about it) We had to get our own extra napkins, drinks, etc… And after we finished eating, we had to go to the register and find someone to assist us to get our check to pay our bill.

Finally… Yesterday we decided to try it once again since we love Pizza Hut’s pizza the best. We arrived at around 8:30pm. There were absolutely no customers inside the restaurant. When we walked in we were told by a young man to have a seat anywhere, and he would send our waitress out to help us. Though the place was empty, it took us a minute to find a table that was clean to sit at. Shortly after, we noticed two young females standing at the register with the young man that told us to take a seat. They stood around talking for a few minutes. Finally the young man called out to us from the register and told us someone would be right with us. At that point I actually looked at the clock to see what time it was. Somehow, I already knew based off my previous experiences there that this was going to be «another one of those visits». 10 minutes later no one had come to our table to even give us menu’s, or take our drink order. However, there were still 3 people (one guy and two girls) standing at the counter looking directly at us. We even made eye contact at several points. We decided it was probably best to just get up and leave. Clearly they didn’t care that we were there, and had no interested in helping us. As we walked right past them to leave, they still didn’t acknowledge that we were even there.
This is sad to me since Pizza Hut has been my favorite since I was a kid. I honestly don’t understand how this location stays in business with that kind of customer service. That location must have one heck of a «take-​out /​pick-​up» business, rather than «dine-​in». The lack of basic customer service, and over all respect from the employees at this location blows my mind. I’m not sure where their management is. In fact, I am not even sure they have management, because upon leaving the restaurant the plaque next to the front door where the «General Manager’s» name is supposed to be posted, was blank. This Pizza Hut store needs a complete makeover when it comes to the individuals that are employed at this location.

Absolutely the worst Pizza I have ever had. Extra cheese ordered and I am not sure they put any cheese on it. The managers attitude was not much better.

I order online all the time from this location and have only once had an issue that was out of anyone’s control. Friendly staff and quick to place orders. Definitely recommended.

Terrible. We called and placed an order for delivery, and were told our order would arrive in approx. 45 min. After an hour and 15 minutes, we called to see where our order was. The girl who answered the phone spent about 10 minutes looking for our order before saying, «I don’t show that you ever placed an order.» Right. I must have imagined it when I called and placed my order the first time. She said my only option was to re-​place my order and wait another 45 minutes for it to arrive. No apology. No discount or rushed order offered. No thanks, I’ll order from someplace else.

Great service and food was hot. Indoor was clean. Can’t pass up the $ 10 large pizza and enough for another meal. Even wings were great.

Not one of the better pizza huts. Pizza quality very hit and miss.

Good luck ordering from this place. I can honestly say this is the Worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from…

–staff was nice (far from bubbly)
–food was pretty good what you expect
–building was run down

Just ordered some pasta and cheesebread. Delivery only took 20 minutes and the deliverer was great. I ordered online so it was very simple and painless. Thanks, Pizza Hut.
