Mike and his shop blew my mind. From the honest attitude, unbeatable prices, and untouchable expertise, they turned a terrible and dishonest experience at Kauffman tire into an easy and inexpensive automotive repair. Kauffman quoted me $ 1100 for «new struts, new tires, with no other options». Mike and his team walked me through the assessment and explained that the struts, tires, and suspension were in great condition, showing me under their lift in detail. My issue was a result of a bad balance, installation, and faulty tire from Kauffman in the past, all of which Kauffman said «would not fix the issue». Mike rebalanced, moved the bad tire to the rear, and even realigned my hood for almost NOTHING and in half an hour tops, I drove away happy. Unbelievable experience.
