I recently inherited my mothers house. I’m not familiar with the septic system and one of the toilets was clogged. I called H&M the day after Thanksgiving and received a prompt return call from the owner himself! Harry (the H in H&M) came out to inspect the problem and try to figure out what was wrong. I have never had such a great experience with a plumber! Harry was patient and he explained exactly how septic systems work and he also fixed my toilet that was clogged. He was very straightforward and did not try to talk me into any services or items that I did not need. He took his time inspecting any potential plumbing issues around my house and even looked at the gas line for my grill for me! If I ever have the need for a plumber in the future I will definitely call H&M!

I can’t say enough good things about the service and the quality of the work of the H&M guys. They are all friendly, courteous and professional. I’ve had them do work at my house several times and will call them again, if needed.

Highly recommend H&M services for air conditioning repair. Called for service and within the hour Brent was servicing our air conditioner fan motor (1997 model) that was on its last leg. The fan motor had to be replaced, but Brent went above and beyond returning the same day to have our air conditioning running cool again with a new fan motor. So now we have signed a maintenance agreement to make sure we are well taken care of.

I used H&M Services to fix a burst pipe in my garage during the «Polar Vortex» that hit the south. Joe was my technician. He found the problem and quickly fixed it. He wrapped extra pipe insulation (that I had on hand) around the fixed area to provide some additional insulation. He also took the time to locate the whole house water shut-​off and the shut-​offs to the two outside spigots (since I had just moved into the house and did not know where they were), and gave me a lesson on proper water turn-​off procedures in order to help prevent this problem in the future. Prompt service, a very helpful and personable plumber technician, and a very reasonable price! Highly recommend!

I’m no slouch when it comes to home /​car repairs. Matter of fact, i’m pretty technically inclined… but I know my limits and am not above calling in a professional. And when I do, I do my research. H&M came to me on a referral but that aint good enough. I checked his license with the State of GA. Harry (the ‘H’ in H&M) is an unrestricted Master Plumber which is the top of the category for plumbers. Harry is very courteous and professional. He came, he saw, he listened to my concerns, he explained his work, he went about his work, finished up and was gone. That’s what I want from a service professional. Come in, tell me what the problem is, tell me how you’re going to correct it, do the work, and leave (get paid of course). Highly recommended, won’t hesitate to call him again.
