From the time you walk in, the secretary looks you up and down and makes a snarl face. Not only is she rude, but has a really bad attitude. For some reason, she thinks getting free Botox makes her $ 10 per hour, uneducated job feel ok.
The Office Manager is just as bad… I would avoid this place and find somewhere with a better staff.

God bless Dr. Gross! I recently moved to GA and was so anxious about finding a good dermatologist. I was diagnosed in 2009 with melanoma, and have to get a skin check biannually because of it. My former derm in Virginia had looked at 1 spot in particular twice. He didn’t think it looked questionable. Dr. Gross immediately pointed it out and I am so glad he did. Turned out to be my 2nd melanoma.
I am so thankful to Dr. Gross — he knows what to look for and he has made me feel at ease from day 1. Now I really can’t move again.

Dr Gross is great. He can handle all your medical needs for the old dermis and he is happy to do whatever cosmetic stuff you need as well. My mom got her eyebrows tatooed in there and she loves them.
