The owner sized my son’s boathouse jacket incorrectly and shortened the sleeves way too short! I brought it back in and an employee said no problem — they would fix the repairs. The owner then charged me again (twice) to pick it up after they made their correct changes. He told me he wasn’t in the business of giving away repairs even if they are his mistakes. Not Good customer service! Do not recommend this business.
