not a bad wait which is a good thing when in pain! staff is very prompt and thorough. Dr. Finkelstein seemed to recognize my pain which i am truly grateful for… ordered all requested tests stat so to have results sooner rather than later so to proceed w care. nice check in/​out staff, which is rare these days — especially since this office is so busy.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Finklestein for about 20 yrs and will as long as I live.
I had numerous shots in my back by Dr. Finklestein until I had to have surgery (2001). It went great. Dr. James did the surgery. He also explains everything so you can understand what’s going to happen and what to expect afterwards.
I am going through herniated, degenerated and slip disc problems now (in neck & back). Of course I am going to Dr. Finklestein. The people in this office are really great. You get reminder calls and the surgery center calls you very quickly to setup surgery when needed. I have recommended them to everyone I know. The ones that needed any help are now going to them and very satisfied. You will be too.
