Cumming Home Rental

We rented with Cumming Home Rental for almost 4 years, 3 years in the same house. We asked to get out of our lease a month early and they would not allow it. They gave us the hardest time despite our cooperation in showing the house. They did list the property but they raised the rent $ 620 higher than what we were paying, making it impossible to rent it again. They canceled showing and appointments most of the time with out notice. When we moved early anyway, we did not have a walk through and they charged us for items we thought were not fair. We took them to court and it states in the contract that you have to pay their lawyers fees if you lose. They brought a Forsyth County judge as their lawyer and of course we lost and paid $ 2000 for their attorneys fees. When Jennifer left, this establishment when downhill and became very unprofessional.
