Rebecca Castleberry Kafka, Owner/​Operator of Becca Consign & Design, HAS NOT contacted all of her consignors ~ before, during, or after her move!!! She was EVICTED from the 1595 Peachtree Pkwy. location, due to improper signage on the storeftont, and behind on her rent for three (3) months — a breech of lease contract. Her intentions are deliberate, and very obvious ~ by not contacting/​responding to consignors under contract… Consignors forfeit their rights to their property, once contact expires!
She is selling consignors’ property for her own profit!!! She has added new signage in front of the new ‘undisclosed’ location,
removed truck with «Becca Consign & Design», from property, removed decal from her personal vehicle… NO BUSINESS NAME attached to new location, just trying to liquidate the ‘STOLEN PROPERTY’ for her own profit — ‘CASH & CARRY’ ONLY (no paper trail = No county & state taxes also) I WAS AT THE BANKRUPTCY HEARING, 10-​05-​2015 along with another consignor, and his attorney. I have been in contact with MANY consignors regarding the whereabouts of their property, in which a few have been able to retrieve their property, and/​or, monies due them ~ VICTORY!!! Becca may have some health issues, as we all do (which may not all be physical for her… Narcissistic/​Pathological traits) If she only contacted/​responded to consignors’ inquiries as to when/​where they could retrieve THEIR PROPERTY, she would have the respect of her clients & community! She also has an ‘F’ rating on BBB, which dates back before the closing/​moving… It’s been an ongoing pattern with her!!! Her sister, Donna is a conspiritor in this operation, along with others close to her…
