An easy way to get Persian food and relax inside or just pick it up to go. They have been around for many years now. You seem to have a loyal following. We enjoy Persian food from time to time and this is an easy way to pick it up and bring home or a nice spot to stop for lunch and get a gyro or a full Persian entrée as well.

Food was delicious! I had the cherry chicken and my husband had the gyro plate. Service was good. The price was not bad.

nice little place. menu is quite extensive with many good appetizers and entrees. It’s not cheap and they do not have huge portions but they use quality ingredients and deliver good food.

Salad was swimming in water. The amount of meat served for what they charged per plate was poor. Also, the meat was tough. We also didn’t appreciate the owner and server steering us to the dinner plates on the back of the menu. Hey owner — the front of your menu reads ‘Dinner’ too! If you’re looking for authentic Persian — check out Rumi’s Kitchen in Sandy Springs — one of the top 20 restaurants in Atlanta.

Nice Persian food. It looks a bit funky from the outside, but inside is a nice looking restaurant. I suggest the Gohrmeh. It’s a Sun dried lime, spinach and beef disg cooked for multiple hours. It is basically the go to to test Persian restaurants(or so I’ve been told by a Persian friend). The owner was also a character in a good way!

What a delicious meal! In a town with few good options this one is by far a favorite! They make everything in house and their love for good food shows. Their chefs have a very sophisticated delicate touch to flavoring, everything tastes just right, nothing too strong or overpowering. Perfect! Wonderful service as well. We are gluten free and they were very knowledgeable and helpful in menu selections. The lamb shank and chicken kabobs were fantastic. The sauce on the lamb shank was amazing, I wanted to lick the plate(refraining was difficult!). We got the hummus which was also plate licking worthy and they accommodated our gluten free needs by replacing the pita with vegetables. And the flourless chocolate truffle was to die for!

Their Tandoori chicken was the best I’ve had in U.S. I loved their Mirza Ghasemi dip(better than Hummus). The service was top notch of this unassuming restaurant.

This is a go-to restaurant for my family. The gyro’s and Greek potatoes are delicious and the hummus is a yummy appetizer. I’ve eaten lunch and dinner at this restaurant many times, and no matter when I’ve gone, there has been a good number of customers and the staff made me feel right at home. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant and encourage you to try it if you’re looking for great-tasting authentic food.

Stopped in here on our way back from the North Georgia Outlet mall having found the place on google and it being the only place open after 9pm. Amazing food and great friendly staff. Well worth the short detour.

Consistently good! Don’t let the location scare you away. They turn out amazing food and service is great too. The Disaronno chicken is awesome, and the gyros are perfect! Definitely take chances when you order, you really can’t go wrong with anything. One of our favorite local spots, for sure.

The real deal. My only problem with this place is, it’s too far from my home. Great food, friendly owners and fair prices. You won’t be disappointed.

Stopped in with a friend on a Wednesday night, looking for something non-chain and ethnic. I arrived before my friend and had the opportunity to chat with the owner about their menu and food preparation. Everything made in-house and fresh, meat used in Kabobs marinated for 48 hours. Food and presentation was excellent and prices were very reasonable for the portions… which were just right, no box needed for leftovers. My friend had the Chicken Polo and I had the Gormeh Sabzi Polo. We’ll both go back to try a variety of their choices. The décor is nothing fancy, but it was clean and well maintained. Waiter was knowledgeable and attentive… Ryan, I believe.

Catered a dinner here tonight. First time trying this place and we went because the reviews were excellent. We were very pleased with the food! It was delicious and plentiful. When I called the order in the owner was extremely helpful and even though it was lunchtime he took the time to explain the options. The people that worked there were friendly from the moment I walked in. I’m looking forward to returning here soon and will recommend this place to our fronds and family. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!

I get into these moods where I just have to have something Mediterranean once in a while, but living in Cumming can make that a bit tricky. We suffer from a lack of ethnic food places up North, and travel south for Greek, Thai, Ethiopian, etc. Enter Baba’s kabobs and gyros. Located next to a gas station on Ronald Reagan, but a cute little restaurant indeed! It was PACKED at lunch, and upon overhearing a few conversations by other diners,(TONS of regulars here) this place is unbelievably good! The menu was really awesome, and I couldn’t wait to order! Oh sweet baby-Jesus, I almost started to cry when the server placed that lovely falafel goodness in front of me. I also had the lettuce — less house salad, with tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta, and lemon viniegrette! It was ALL fresh and delicious, and tasted wonderful! The menu has so much variety, and I can’t wait to bring my husband in for a date — night so close to home. I plan on darkening Baba’s door step for a LONG time! The service is spot-on, the owner was really nice, and the vibe of the place is just mellow and relaxed. Parking can be a bit of a challenge at lunch, but I’d walk 10 miles for more of their falafel! ;) Go get your Baba’s on… nothing but love for this hidden little gem.

Literally the best Mediterranean food I’ve had for the price and location! Everything we’ve ever tried here we have absolutely loved! Service-with a smile, fantastic recommendations, clean, prompt! Location-a gem inside despite the Shell gas station next door! Food-5 stars I will say I tried the Cherry Polo and WOW!!! Delicious marriage of texture and flavors!

My husband and I used to stop by this place on the regular as we traveled to Cumming. One evening as we were eating, Papa Baba thought that it was appropriate to stop by our table and tell us that we should not be eating a gyro for dinner but it’s more expensive cousin, the shish kabob. We simply do not eat shish– kabobs, never have, never will. But, I have never had someone try to UPSELL dinner while I’m actually eating. Awkward!!. Moving on. The reason we no longer eat at Baba’s is because we noticed,(during the last visit) that the quality of the food had diminished. The amount of meat and toppings on the gyro, was downsized and it was drowning in sauce. I understand rising costs and the need to make changes at times. However, I would rather pay more than compromise on quality and consistency. No longer recommended.

My lamb gyro was perfect and the Greek ‘chips’ made a super addition. They serve a full bar and I was happy to get a sweet water ipa draft. My beautiful wife picked the Greek salad with lamb which was also wonderful. Service is prompt as was food delivery. We will definitely be back!!!
