Wonderful experience for our 2 year old. Dr. Nadel and nurse Trina were exceptional and explained all diagnostics and treatment fully. Front desk staff explained insurance coverage before our appointment. So thankful for such a pleasant visit.

Experiencing some allergy symptoms and being new to GA, I contacted Allergy & Asthma Consultants and received an initial appointment the following week. I was advised to allow 2.5 hours for the appointment. I first met with Michelle who did some initial testing and then met with Dr. Rabinowitz. I was impressed with both their demeanor, thoroughness and patience with my many questions. I never felt rushed and it was actually a pleasant experience. I feel confident referring this office to anyone who may ask.

Saw Dr Rabinowitz with my 6 yr old for allergy testing. Staff was friendly and gentle, Doctor understood my concerns and was helpful. Staff made sure I understood my insurance benefits so I was prepared for the bill. Knowing that my insurance isn’t very good, they worked with me. Felt like they cared and were fair with what they offered me. Only negative was that we didn’t actually see the doctor until 1 hour after our apt. HOWEVER, this seems to be the norm anymore at all doctor offices. I am sure to get even better with Obama care! (that was sarcasm u sensed) :(. Anyway– Highly recommend

This has been, by far, my best experience with a doctor. They truly understand customer service and how to treat their patients.
The nursing staff keeps things light and they are easy to talk to. Dr. R was awesome. The office staff is also competent, attentive and understanding.

I received AWESOME customer service. This was my first visit ever with an allergist. Scheduling and confirming appointments are a breeze. Parking is convenient (right in front of the doors) and ample. The entrance is off of Market Place Boulevard. It’s not off of Bald Ridge Marina Road. If you get lost, just call the office and Sandy, at the front desk, will get you back on track. I personally didn’t get lost, but Sandy kept getting calls for correct directions. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and welcomed with a sincere smile by Adina (from Romania). It was a nice touch that she personally returned my license and medical card to me in the waiting area. Normally, you’re called and walk up to the front desk to get it back. When Adina educated me on how to interpret my test results, she labeled, diagramed and highlighted everything, so that I could understand the blur of numbers and slashes. Audra, the nurse, was most patient with me as I tried miserably at breathing into the spirometer. It took me 12 attempts to get acceptable readings. Dr. Rabinowitz makes you laugh, but is even better at listening to you. It’s different to actually have a doctor who genuinely takes time to get to know you.
