Ray’s Jewelers

This is based on my first and only experience with Ray’s… so far. I walked in with the intentions of just inquiring about the cost of having my engagement ring resized (made larger) but they were really eager to help me and the next thing I knew I was having my ring size measured. I was told it would be sent out to be re-​sized and ready for pick up in about 7 – 10 days. I had no idea what price range to even expect but it only turned out to be $ 60 which sounded relatively inexpensive to me. That was on a Monday and much to my surprise I received a very pleasant phone call that Friday telling me my ring was already ready for pick-​up. The ring looks spectacular and fits like a dream. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again.
*UPDATE*
I went back to them because I needed my ring resized again (my chubby fingers shrunk a bit) and the service was excellent. They were kind and remembered who I was. Again, it was ready for pick-​up in 5 days and this time I was only charged $ 30 some odd dollars. They even offered to clean my ring whenever I feel like stopping by — free of charge!
