Pronails and Spa

I have been going to another salon for a while. Always had the same person do my nails but last week she wasn’t working. So rather than go back another time I let someone else wait on me. Big mistake!
So after a week I couldn’t stand looking at my nails anymore and went to pronails. Got a proper manicure and will be returning there. Thank you!

I would most likely give this establishment a 3.5 than a 4.5
I was kinda annoyed when the ladies kept speaking nonstop in their native language. Went in for a Pedi and although the seats are comfortable I just couldn’t handle all the yapping. The prices are reasonable and I would recommend, just make sure to bring your headset to drown out all the talking.

I’ve been going to pro nails for years, my nails always come out looking beautiful. The people who work there are very kind! Also they keep up to date with the newest nail trends, I love the ANC dip gel; my nails have grown so long because this product keeps them nice and strong, it lasts a really long time too no chipping. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

I went to Pro Nails and Spa this evening afternoon. I arrived at the door at 6:20 to find only one customer in the store getting a pedicure. When I asked if they were still open, all four of the employees looked at eachother and then at me. By the way, they were open until 7:30 pm. Following this awkward silence, an employee then asked me what I wanted. I clearly stated that I wanted a pedicure and gel shellac nails. At this point, I began to get my nails down. The nails came out wonderful. Afterwards, I sat down in the pedicure chair and another employee began taking off my previous polish. It was approximately shortly past 7 at this point. I noticed that there was no water in the foot tub and thought, hm this is odd, but I figured he was going to fill it after he removed my polish. I finally asked the employee if he was going to fill the tub so I could soak my feet for the pedicure. He indicated that they did not have time to give me a pedicure and was just going to change my polish. This was of course after they had already charged me via my credit card for the whole entire package. At this point, I asked for to speak to someone and see what was happening. This ultimately left me getting a refund of $ 12.00 (???) and being sent out on my way. I was aboslutley humilated and left crying. This turned into the worst experience I have ever had for manicure/​pedicure, and I don’t think I will ever go back to Pro Nails and Spa again after tonight. I was completely humilatied and felt cheated of what is suppose to be a relaxing and fun experience. Absolutely awful end to my day and I will not be going back any time soon. Thank you for the $ 12.00 refund?
I was also told that they did not offer manicure pedicure specials. However, online it says they have a combo package for $ 39.00. So what I made $ 48.00 for this evening I am not sure, other than to be humilated and embarassed. Oh and a good cry. Thank you for that.

Got a pedicure and the water was so hot. The man ran the water, had me sit, and disappeared. No one came over to check the temperature and I sat there with my feet in (and out) of the tub for 20 minutes.
The actual pedicure paint job was nice. However I am ticklish and normally the pumice stone bothers me (which is expected) but when she did the massage and applied lotion she just kept rubbing over my ticklish spot which made me jerk my feet around. This is not enjoyable or relaxing. Also she scrubbed my calves/​shins so hard that she scrubbed the three scabs (from shaving) right off.
**Second visit was much better but still nothing to rave about. The only reason I tried it again is because I was very pressed for time and I live nearby.**

Small, so you might wait a bit. Super friendly staff though & very accommodating. Great pedicure, normal prices.

I went here today because I was in need of a pedicure! My friend mentioned this place a while back so I figured I would try it out. I went in the afternoon and there was only 4 other people there so I only had to wait 2 minutes. The staff was very friendly and you could understand them more than other places. Pedicure was nice and cheap! Only $ 25. They used the hot stones and exfoliate which was relaxing. The foot massage was great too. I will probably come back again since it is close and cheap.

It pains me to have to write this update as I do love Pronails but lately it seems every time I go I am waiting for at least an hour!
I’m super happy Pronails has grown in popularity but something needs to be done regarding those who call and make appointments ahead of time versus walk-​ins.
At this point do not even bother scheduling an appointment because you will be waiting, most likely for a half hour or longer, especially if it is on a weekend in the afternoon or later.
I did rave about the $ 25 pedicures and now it depends on which technician you receive, some give you a great Pedi but it seems due to the high volume of people, the technicians have been rushed and not able to do their best work.
Hopefully they can get a new technician or two and work out the issues with appointments, if not, I’ll be making super early morning appointments in attempt to avoid the chaos!

In order to be sure my friend and I could get in at the same time, I had called ahead to make an appointment. We were a few minutes early. Didn’t get seated for about 10 minutes, and didn’t have anyone working on our feet for another 15. The water in the basins was COLD, and it took several times of both of us saying «this is cold, could we get it warmer please» before anyone did anything and turned on flat out hot water to warm it up.
Both of us were happy with the variety of colors to select from, and were excited to get our toes all done up, and had quite been looking forward to getting our feet pampered a bit. Disappointing. Callouses were barely touched, even after comments were made about them (by both the staff and us). The massaging was alright, but while my calves got quite a lovely massage, my feet were barely touched.
I will agree with everyone who said the staff are talented in their artistry, and did some lovely designs on my toes.
But that’s just not enough to bring me back here again– especially when, less than 48 hours after my pedicure, half of the polish on my big toe has fallen off. Sigh. The search for my go-​to pedicure place continues…

To be honest, it usually takes some sort of occasion to get me into a nail saloon. but with flip flop season coming up i wanted to get a pedicure done and thanks to two other reviews on Unilocal,i found my wai to pronails.
The staff here is SUPER friendly. I walked in and of course got the standard hello from everyone, but they genually make you feel like you’ve been there a million times when you walk in and sit down.
I ended up getting a mani/​pedi and they ended up doing the majority of the mani while i was in the pedicure chair. i felt like a damn queen lol. The pedicure though is amazing. they use hot stones after exfoliating. i’ve never seen that that before. For only $ 25 you can’t really go wrong with that!
They also like to get creative, and i couldn’t be happier with both my fingers and toe decorations lol. I’m not even that much of a girly girl either.
I’ll definately be back. My favorite part though… whenever i get my nails done it’s usually hard to understand what the nail tech is saying because their accents are so tough to decipher, at least for me. From what i could tell the employees here obviously speak their native language, but their English is pretty good too. It was so nice to actually not have to say what 5 times before i finally figured out what they meant lol. I’m already excited for my trip back in 2 weeks :)

I heard about this place from my mother. She told me they are friendly and inexpensive. She was right! As a man, I don’t get pedicures often. Not because they aren’t relaxing and amazing, I just feel out of place.
This place welcomed my friend and I with smiles. They made me feel comfortable dispite my ticklish feet.
$ 25 for a pedicure is (what I’m told) a steal too.

Tried Pro Nail for the first time for a shellac manicure. Staff were consummate professionals, so welcoming and efficient. I am absolutely satisfied with my manicure! The process was done very carefully and not rushed, and included a wonderfully relaxing hand massage and parafin moisturizing treatment. Pro Nail is at the top of my list! I totally recommend it and will be back!
