They are thorough and seem diligent about their jobs in the service department. My only feedback is that it would be nice if they could get things turned around a little faster and maybe offer a car wash. :)

I went in for a oil change and tire rotation which was free courtesy of their new vehcile purchase benefits. While I was looking at a new Corvette the service agent told me there was a recall and he said they could do it while I was there if I wanted. Later the service agent came out to tell me they found a nail in my tire while doing the rotation and they could repair that as well. All of this was done in an hour and with no charge. I could not have asked for better service and the short time was amazing.

On Tuesday 4÷28÷15 the transmission in our 2005 Chevy Express van went out, blew a seal and lost 3rd & 4th gear near Cumberland Maryland. We were 700 miles from home. Nursed van to Billy Bender Chevy Dealership in Cumberland for repair. We explained we lived in Chicago but was told we could have an appointment on May 13th (more than 2 weeks away!). They made no effort to help us in our time of need.
