To start with, I have NO PROBLEMS with the dental staff themselves. We have been going there for years and very much like the Dental Staff. The office staff… much different story. I get really tired of having insurance issues that I have to straighten out for myself. Peggy should retire. She is incapable of proper insurance billing. It is for this reason that we will be finding another dentist in the local area. Sorry Dr. Ben.

I have to repeat a review to say that they’re even better than what I had reported before. If I could give them six stars I would. I’ve been having major issues with a particular tooth and they have been beyond responsive, accommodating and have gone the extra mile to really make sure I’ve been OK. Between talking me through concerns during off hours and making sure they squeezed me in last minute, everyone from the secretary (Taryn is amazing!) to the dentists (Dr. Nick in particular) themselves actually care about their patients and it shows.

I recently moved to the area and needed to find a dentist more local. I was highly recommended to this dentist. I’ve been going to the same dentist since I was young so making a change was definitely difficult.
I have to say I am so pleased. The dental assistants are wonderful. They do great work, are personable and make you feel comfortable. Dr Nick did a few fillings for me and he was fantastic. Very nice, funny and I didn’t feel a thing. The work I received was top notch! I am so happy I made the change and found such a great place.
If you are looking for a great dentist with awesome staff and you feel right at home… then I would absolutely go here.
