T3 Time Trends

Its Great to see everyone working here has so much enthusiasm! Its a sign that my watches will be cared fore properly when I have them cleaned and batteries replaced. I have brought a couple watches here.

I took my vintage Fossil Batman watch here for a battery replacement. And Rossy totally made my day. She was courteous, friendly, and saved my watch from battery acid. I highly recommend T3. Service was efficient and cost was reasonable. They also have a handsome selection of watches.

Just took my Burberry watch in to be inspected. Turned out everything was fine and I only needed a battery and to turn off my chronograph because the last battery only lasted a few months. They checked it out for me for free adjusted the settings and sold me a new battery. The cool thing about this place is they get the watch model number and your info and now for the next 5 years I can take this watch in for a free battery! Basically the same service I went through Burberry a few months back and they charged me over 50 dollars and left my watch on a setting that kills the battery quickly. Rossy helped me out quickly and educated me on these settings and ways to preserve the battery life. Overall I thought I was going to spend more and now I have a free battery whenever I need it and new place to service all of my watches! Everyone should go here!

$ 7 watch band adjustment versus 10 – 20 $ everywhere else in the mall and super friendly. She even took out an extra link to see how it fit. Then put it back because it was too tight.

Bought all my watches from here! Staff is very friendly and willing to work a deal to get the watch you want! Ask for Rossy if you’re thinking of getting a watch at a great price!

What a pleasant surprise to find this hidden gem in the mall. The owner and staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. I went in for a watch resizing and got it down within 3 minutes for only $ 7. They also said to come back for any resizing for free so I guess once you pay for one you can get another resizing for free. Furthermore, the Nixon accessory they offer through Unilocal was an amazing surprise as well. I got a $ 100 pair of headphones for free!!! Came in for a cheap quick resizing and left with a perfectly fitting watch and a nice pair of headphones. Definitely coming back for any sort of watch business in the future!

It was the best experience shopping for watches at Time Trends. The customer service was outstanding and Jamie was the best one to perform it. She helped me pick out a watch and took her time explaining the difference between the watches they were selling. I would definitely recommend to have Jamie assist you.

I highly recommend this company for any watch repair needed. I stopped by to have several links removed from my watch and I was very pleased with the service. Knowledgeable staff, speedy service and unbeatable pricing.

I am very disappointed in this business!!! I had done business with them a few times and everything was ok. Now the owner Sam won’t return my text and won’t send what is owed after he agreed upon it. I think dogging calls is horrible and unprofessional. Hopefully after reading this review they finally respond. I will be also contacting my attorney and taking further steps if i have to.

Super friendly service! I walked into T3 and was surprised at how trendy it looked. I was expecting a regular tic time. I was greeted warmly by the girl (Jamie I believe) at the register.
I asked how much it would cost to remove links and to my surprise she said $ 7. I was expecting $ 10 since that’s about the average, so I was pretty excited.
I’m not sure how she knew I had a vestal since I was still pretty far away from her, but she called out my watch instantly. It was kind of amazing haha
I showed her my watch and told her I was worried that the watch might still be too big on me since it had only certain links that could be removed.
She took my watch to get the links taken out. After about 5 min, they called me over to test it out, it was still a bit too big. The guy said he could try to remove one more. 2 min later, she put my watch on my wrist and it was a perfect fit! I was so happy! She gave me a hard time for waiting a year to resize my darn watch and I agreed that I waited waaay too long.
I wish I lived in culver city so I could take all my other 5 watches here to get the batteries replaced. The friendliness of the staff is enough to make me consider the hour drive out there.

Great experience shopping at T3 time trends. Their service and professionalism is excellent — they gave me a very quick and affordable battery replacement for a watch battery that is difficult to replace. I will definitely come back here for any watch needs.

Had problems with my watch. The team was really friendly and efficient. Even though the technician wasn’t in, they facetimed him the watch to see the probs and he was able to give a very accurate estimate. Within 24hrs they had all the probs resolved and it’s working like new.

Service was quick and staff was kind and helpful. Very happy with two battery changes that come with a 5 yr warranty and a wristband change. Would definitely recommend T3 for all my watch related needs.

Went back two weeks later for a new battery and they had Nixon accessories! 5 stars guys and now this is my new watch store.

I should say this review is based on getting new watch batteries and browsing. But Rosie, who changed batteries in 3 watches, couldn’t have been nicer. She told me the price ahead of time — one was a special battery, $ 12.95, and the other two were $ 9.95, and because I did 3 together, she gave me ten percent off.
Also, the batteries are covered by a five-​year warranty. That’s right, the store promises to replace it within the next five years when it gives out, and keeps you and your specific watches in its computer system.
I’ve never heard of that level of service, and I’m quite happy to pay a couple extra bucks for a battery if it gets you that.
As for the watches for sale — they have a beautiful, curated selection for a relatively small store (compared to the other stores in the mall!) with some up-​to-​the-​minute styles. I was really impressed, however I did NOT price the watches. By the time Rosie was done changing my three batteries there were other customers, and I didn’t want to hijack all her time, and didn’t want to wait till they were done. But I will come back.
