(DISCLAIMER: I DID NOT COME HERE FOR A DOCTOR’S VISIT, ONLY BLOOD WORK FROM LABCORP. THIS REVIEW IS SOLELY FOR THE INCREDIBLY RUDE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK).
Unfortunately, Ashley V’s review (below, from one year ago today) still holds true. When I walked in, the receptionist on the right side of the window greeted me with a snarky «Can I help you?» I barely got any words out, trying to explain that I was there for some blood work, when she cut me off and snipped, «Okay – read the sign, please. I don’t work for the lab. That’s in the back. Read the sign!»
Before walking back to the lab — through a door WHICH THEY NEED TO OPEN FOR YOU ANYWAY, so you still have to tell them you’re there for blood work, regardless of the stupid sign — I paused to respond, «Okay! I’ve never been here before. I’m sorry…» She mumbled something else as the other lady buzzed me through and continued ranting about how, «Nobody reads the sign!»
Excuse me, bitch, but when I walk into your office for the first time, and you are directly in front of me, making eye contact with me, AND asking me how you can help me, I’M GOING TO RESPOND YOU. LIKE A PERSON. I’m not going to pause to read your stupid fucking sign first. Does that not make sense to you? Clearly not, I guess.
I hope you read this someday, you enormous thundercunt. Thanks for starting my day by making damn sure I NEVER go back. FUCK YOU.

Come here all the time to take my grandmother for her doctors visit. Staff is extremely rude. When we call to make an appointment she even has a attitude. The staff makes us not want to come back. Two starts for Gilbert.

Dr. Morrison was great! Friendly, professional, got me my lab results the next day. Frank was terrific.

Dr. Morrison is the best. Takes time with you and is extremely thorough. Great Dr. The office is very clean and calm. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Morrison’s staff are wonderful.

So, I was in a MVA on Valentines Day, :(Thank The Lord, for spearing my life. Went to see a physician, for follow up. Found Dr. Morrison, @ Medical Group of Culver City, he’s cute! And listens to your concerns and complaints. As a professional in the medical field I understand the importance of just «listening to the patient.
