Inside the grocery store was a new experience for me. And it was a good one. The service was great, very friendly. No line. They have the standard menu. I’m really into the new matcha tea drinks trying to go off coffee for a while. Substitute the soy with almond milk, no problem. I’ll be back.

I meant to do this long ago but it’s been some time since my last visit — only because I bought a vita-mix… Dear location manager, Mario is one of the best employees I have encountered in this sort of position! I have run an events business and if I were still doing so I would steal him in a second! You are lucky to have such a gem behind your counter! The only reason this is not a five star review is that I have also encountered other employees at this location that have been deplorable. I realize this isn’t a dream job, but you should know that a ‘dream job’ doesn’t just show up. You have to ‘show up’ first! So, cheers to Mario! Thanks for ‘showing up’! Keep raising that bar. You’re going places!

Don’t Even Bother! They clearly don’t care about it because it’s in a pavilions. Only had 2 people working and one just left even though there was a line of at least 10 people. It’s a Saturday afternoon if that’s not your busiest time I don’t know when it would be. I waited 10 minutes and still hasn’t even ordered and I was third in line. Definitely wont even consider coming back here, cause not once did they apologize for the delay or explain why.

I have hated most of what I’ve gotten at any Jamba Juice I’ve encountered, but my last two experiences have been surprisingly good… and yummy. I’m officially a fan of the fruit and vegetable smoothies! The Amazing Greens was just awesome, and the new Greens and Ginger is good as well, though just a touch too sweet for me. Aside from that, unlike other reviewers, I found the wait to be a little long, but in the process I got a fully blended smoothie served from a happy, unstressed employee. I wasn’t in a rush, so it all worked out. Bottom line: My second good experience with Jamba is starting to make me a fan.

One of the best ever Jamba Juice locations. They are fast and super delicious! They also truly understand the meaning of good customer service. I had a groupon for a 12oz smoothie not redeemable at grocery locations(probably in the fine print). To make up for this, I was offered a 2 for 1. She did not have to do this but she did and it was SUCH wonderful service! I will never forget that.

This location is inside of Pavillions. I come her begrudgingly and out of desperation from a hypoglycemic attack. They are fairly quick here. But perhaps too quick? When halfway done with my drink, it is generally a block of ice. I usually take the cover off and try to stir it with my straw. I don’t want to tell the staff here how to do their job. Maybe management will read this and have employees PLEASE blend the drinks longer. I’d come more often in between errands as I am always in this area.

This is a review of a particular employee of this Jamba Juice. If you would like to order a smoothie from someone who could honestly care less about the customer, then visit Daveda at this Jamba Juice in the morning. To start off, I ordered a smoothie with FRESH juices in it. She immediately went over and poured a carton of concentrated orange juice into the blender. I stated that the smoothie uses fresh juice and she said«we’re all out of fresh oranges and carrots». Keep in mind that this Jamba Juice is located in THEMIDDLEOF A GROCERYSTORE. But I digress. After putting in the contents of the smoothie, she blended it for all of 5 seconds and poured out the lumpy mess into a cup before trying to give it to me. I notified her that the smoothie seemed to need to be blended more, with which she grabbed the cup from my hands rather violently, popping the lid off in the process. She dumps the smoothie back in the blender and gives me «the look» as if I’ve done something wrong when it is the exact inverse. After handing me the smoothie again with a stubborn«HERE», I left very disappointed in how someone could have such a lack of customer care in a time of peak business(weekdays in the morning rush). Unfortunately I will not be visiting this Jamba Juice any more due to the sheer fact that this woman could care less about the customer. If you see her working there, just turn around and leave. You will be very disappointed.

Same Jamba Juice with over inflated prices. Sorry, if I pay $ 6 for a smoothie it sure as hell better do something amazing. Otherwise, I’m going to the store(which they are in) and buying a juice for $ 2. I know it’s not a blended version but to pay $ 6 for blended fruit and ice… Not going to happen unless I have a gift card. Which I did and wish it wasn’t to here.

Been here many times, and have had a different experience almost every single time – some bad, some great. This location is inside of the Pavilions Grocery Store. There’s usually a line, but they are much more efficient now than they used to be. One person(Girl A) was handling the register while the other person(Girl B) was making the drinks. Girl A seemed to be a little flustered and Girl B was definitely the veteran. B might have worked as a barista at Starbucks before, because she was super efficient. She asked what drink she could get started for me while A was(slowly) ringing everyone up. I got my White Gummy with an Immunity boost and was on my way. I would suggest entering your Pavilions/Vons club card number because if you order 7 drinks, I think you get the 8th one free. And who loves free stuff? ME. FYI: There are Girl Scouts selling cookies outside!

I would give 0 stars if there was any. I got there close to closing time. The lady who helped me out– 1) gave an attitude. 2) i didn’t get my drink full all the way, it was about 1⁄5 empty. 3) started slamming the doors shut to stop from customers coming. i mean slamming it hard
