Id give negative stars if possible. The receptionist who answers the phone has got to be one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Very rude, unhelpful and nasty. Medical care is something that should be taken seriously and with respect and care… something that the receptionist seems to know little about.

I called to make an appt. — something very simple to do. I made the appt. and gave all the information needed. I asked many questions to and verified they take my plan, the address and so forth. The day of the appt., I called to confirm and asked about parking options. They where completely clueless on the appt., rude and simply nasty. They have NOIDEA what they are doing & on top of that, they are mean spirit people. If a doctor is going to have a staff like this… well… does not say to much for the doctor I must say. Thankfully, I found a super doctor with AWESOME people.

Dr. Kirsch, though severely behind on the times in terms of 1) transitioning to electronic medical records and 2) ensuring his staff are communicative in general with regards to authorizations, lab tests and such, is a good guy and doctor. His biggest strength is that he really takes the time to listen and answer your questions, even if he has a messy office full of books that he checks to answer those questions. The reason for two stars off is because of his front office staff who don’t seem to want to do their jobs. They are inhospitable and, if you’re lucky, will answer the phone when you call or even acknowledge you when you walk into the office. And, god forbid you expect to get a call with the results of any lab tests; that simply won’t happen even if you’re on your death bed. Instead, you must call them – only to find out they won’t even give you results over the phone; you must instead come in person to get them(and expect attitude if you ask for copies as opposed to a glance). And, if you don’t get the referral(s) you requested, they’ll huff and puff when you ask them to fix the situation. They really need to be replaced or retrained, along with procedures institutionalized that reflect technological advances like email, mail, fax, and phone and working in the best interest of a patient. In a way, having him as a doctor is like a collision between the past and the future of young, selfie-obsessed receptionists. Bottom line: Your patience(pun intended) will be tested! But, if you have this virtue, you’ll get past the front office staff into the office with the good doctor.

This is the only doctor that sat and listened. Every other doctor I have ever had cares to explain or listen, makes you feel like you are going to a mechanic then a doctor. Henry is very nice guy even ending the consultation with coupons so that you save on over the counter recommendations… something that he doesn’t have to do but he does anyway. This is the first time I came out of a doctor and said I really got what I paid for. My only gripe is that he deals in Cash and Check and does accept debt or credit. I wouldn’t hold that against his scoring as he is really that good as a doctor.
