This community has serious plumbing issues that, for whatever reason, they just cannot seem to fix. We get emergency water shut-off notices 1 – 3 times PERWEEK. We haven’t had cold water for the past 3 days and there is no indication of when it will be back on. That means no showers and manually re-filling the toilet tanks for who knows how much longer. I was speaking with a neighbor a couple days ago who said he’s had SEWAGE back up into his sink on more than one occasion. This place has its ups and downs like any other place, but I’m sorry, the plumbing issues are just not acceptable. Running water should not be treated like a luxury.

This is a condo association, so the person reviewing Heather Village is misinformed. Fran is a real estate agent. Heather Village Association is management that runs the CONDOS. So, the OWNER of the condo is the issue, not really the association.

Heather Village Association is a condominium NOT an apartment building, so judge the place by someone who was trying to RENT a unit. It’s a great place to BUY. The property is on 14 acres, has 3 swimming pools, a gym, party room and a Montesorri school — all in a park-like setting.

These people are crooks! They double cross and cheat you, so do not give a notice to your current place without signing the lease here. They say ok to multiple people and then ditch the rest based on misunderstandings! We gave our 30 day notice the day we spoke to this Fran lady and SHE chose the date to go sign the lease, being 5 days from that day. 4 days later she calls us to tell us they already rented the place out when we were supposed to sign the lease and give the deposit the next day! And she kept changing her words when she called to tell us this: she said the place was going to be cleaned on a Friday, and then calls on Saturday and claims the other people already moved in! Yeah right, so very unprofessional. Stay away!
