One of the most incompetent staffs I’ve ever encountered. Specifically drive thru. They tell you to wait at the first window even though the second window is open. Got upset at me for scooting forward even though there were cars behind me. They stuck the dustpan that you sweep garbage into coming out of the drive thru window.

Chili Cheese Grilled Dog: This review is regarding ONLY the(new) Chili Cheese Grilled Dog. I frequent BK for breakfast stuff. Usually pretty tasty! I like chili dogs, so I decided to give BK a try. This is a pretty bad excuse for a chili cheese dog. The length of the(skinny) hot dog is much shorter than the bread. If you like a lot of bread, with a hint of hot dog, chili, and cheese flavor inside, … This is for you. You’re better off going to Wienerschnitzel, or ANY mom & pop place that serves chili dogs. If they doubled up the dog, and quadrupled the chili & cheese, it would probably be worthwhile. But currently, there’s not even enough chili(or cheese) to determine the taste or quality of the chili.

I understand that this is just a fast food joint, but there is no need for the staff to be rude. Never coming back here.

Great Service! Came for the Black Bunned Whopper which is common in Asia & Europe. Unfortunately, BK has taken it off their menu SO, I went with their Siracha Burger. Totally NOT Worth It! I wish I had gotten a Whopper(Or Went Somewhere Else)! The meat was SO small, it reminded me of a White Castle Burger slider in their Chicken Sandwich long bun. SMH… I got their Buffalo Chicken Fries as well! Nothing Special! Makes me wish I had gotten a McDonald’s 20-piece Chicken McNuggets instead for it’s price! It only comes with 9 pieces OR you can make it a Combo: «Fries With Fries!» LOL!(Buffalo Chicken Fries, Fries & Soda) ?? I really wish I had went to In N Out or even Del Taco now… OR had gotten a Whopper Combo I’ve also been a Siracha fan, years before it was made famous in recent years. This will be a first & last on Tje Siracha Burger for me. I haven’t had BK for some time now. This was probably my 4th time in at least 16 years SO, it was a HUGE let down! Don’t believe me? Try it yourself so that I can say«I Told You!», Lol

Love this location. Sometimes they might mess up my order but they always fix it. No problem. Management is super nice. Even given me a few free meals for the mess up. Great staff all around.

The menu is visible until you’re up in speaker and then their rush you. The value menu is so small, you can’t even see the prices until you are up in front of it. The menu has icees in it and they don’t even sell any icees at this location.:(

Helen(as it says on the receipt) was bomb tonight, we got a few combos and she split and labeled them all for us. Service was quick and accurate for once, most of the cashiers are snooty and orders are messed up tonight was different for once. You should hire more employees like Helen.

Standard experience of a burger king. I take the surveys on the receipts, to provide better insight on details of my visit. Like cleanliness, speed, efficiency, temperature of food and the level of service. The upgrades look nice too!

What more can be said of a cookie-cutter BK franchise restaurant? Well this particular one carries a LA County Department of Public Health Food Facility Rating of «B» as of my last visit. So that’s a little different than normal but not in a good way. That deserves a full-star deduction.

It’s hard to go to the Target on Jefferson without making an appearance at the court of the local Burger King. His majesty has recently ordered renovation, installing faux marble handrails and countertops, new tables, booths, lighting features, and even providing a few cushy seats to lounge in as you enjoy the calorie and sodium-rich bounty of the realm. The featured menu was summer barbecue( ), with a fast food selection of sandwiches incorporating sweet and tangy vinegar-based sauces. S.O. bought into the promotion whole hog with a «Carolina Tendercrisp» chicken sandwich, sweet potato fries, and onion rings. I passed on the BBQ and went for a maybe, possibly, arguably more healthy, Alaskan Fish Sandwich. We did trade a couple of bites between us, though. The fish sandwich could have used a couple of tomatoes, but as the generically lower-calorie option, it got no other complaints from me. The sauce on the tendercrisp was tasty, and the decent-quality chicken patty benefits from being paired with bacon(doesn’t everything taste better with bacon?). Not at all bad for a sandwich novelty. Sweet potato fries were also pretty good, maybe a little thinner and crispier than some other places serve them, but that’s not a bad thing. The onion rings are the same reliable value menu item they have always been. Looks like I forgot about my regal metaphor, but this place has certainly been spruced up and they seem to be trying to up the customer service levels a bit as well, like calling your name when your order is ready so you can relax in their pre-fab opulence. If it has been awhile since you’ve been to a BK, you’re about due, so go ahead and eat like lower-middle class royalty, with napkins made of 100% recycled content and BK’s new summer barbecue menu. 3 stars.

I’m pretty sure my husband and I have vowed never to come back to this location. I mean, we used to love it and come after shopping at Target and Ross. It was convenient. We recently went and both ordered chicken sandwich combos(different items) and we both felt sick after eating it. The food just didn’t taste right. This location also tends to mess up orders and if you don’t check your bag before you leave the drive-thru you’re SOL.

I eat Burger king maybe once or twice a year. I always get the same thing. The chicken sandwich meal — that long one that is shaped like a subway sandwich. The fries now are kinda like Wendy’s.

I’m a bit ambivalent about this location. On the one hand, it’s kind of dirty. On the other hand, it’s not as dirty as the nearby competitor with the golden arches(that one just smells), but not up to par for a place that serves me things that I put inside my stomach.

Im not a fan of fast food, but I am a fan of great customer service & this BK’s manager(& it’s a shame that I can’t remember his name) alone deserves 5 stars. My students and I often visit this BK for lunch(to get away from the cafeteria food & reinforce some community skills) & this manager always gives us his full attention. I should probably mention that I teach students with Autism, and to take their orders can be quite the challenge. But he’s kind, respectful, and gives my students the individual attention they deserve. Thank you Mr. Manager!

I went to this BK location with my girlfriend, sister and nephew after a short excursion in the nearby shopping center. We put in our order, and the kid at the counter(maybe 17 – 18) seemed pretty on top of his game. We grabbed our cups and went to sit and wait for our food… It was around 9:00 and it wasn’t busy at ALL. There were maybe 3 small groups of people in the restaurant, and no one else coming in. We waited about 15 minutes for our orders to be completed. This is where I started to get annoyed. First off, with all the«fresh» food in convenient warming drawers, it shouldn’t be too hard to slap together a couple of burgers, a chicken sandwich, a couple of tacos, and some fck’n chicken nuggets. But, I guess the staff had much better things to do, because, well, they totally weren’t at work. Once our number was finally called at around 9:15, the kid at the counter told me that my chicken sandwich wasn’t going to be ready for a little bit. Uh… kay… Once I took our trays back to our respective table, we inspected the food… My sister’s tacos were crusty and smashed, still edible; by prison standards, anyway… My «Rodeo Burger» was sloppily put together, seeping with ketchup, almost impossible to hold… Still, kinda edible. Chicken nuggets were fine, onion rings were alright. I finished my cornucopia of dollar menu items and my chicken sandwich still wasn’t done. After a couple trips to the soda machine, it was finally ready… 9:40 is when I got my chicken sandwich. 9… goddamn…40. Of course, I would watch the kid at the counter occasionally; not really doing his job at all, standing around, joking with the kitchen staff, gazing intensely at the drive-thru order-screen. Which, I can’t blame him. Have you ever watched an order-screen? They’re goddamn mesmerizing! I got to eat my chicken sandwich, but, like my rodeo burger, it was sloppily put together, and tasted pretty terrible. Like it had literally been frozen solid, thrown in a microwave for 45 seconds and thrown into a stale bun…(Solved my own quandary there, didn’t I?) For the price I paid, I could have gotten the same semi-edible meal at McDonald’s without the horrific wait time.

Was in the mood for a breakfast sandwich this week and tried their New Chibatta Sandwich(Ham, Egg & Cheese w/2 Tomatoes). It was delicious and I wasn’t too guilty stopping there. Not as greasy as my normal order which is the Crossaint which I normally get. Great with OJ!

Oh no, oh god, here I go again with the whole breakfast sandwich thing. I’ll keep this short. Burger King? Hi. You’ve gone down hill on the breakfast sandwich thing and it really hurts ’cause I can’t live without these things. Guess I’ll go someplace else. What’s up with your bread products? I can hardly tell the sourdough from the croissants. Boring. The biscuits are pretty good, though. And french toast sticks are cool if you can get over the guilt. And yeah, as far as Burger Kings go, this location is clean, fast and friendly.

Having worked at Burger King during their lunch and dinner hours(not recently but when I was a kid), I’ve had a hard time going back. I think I’ve only gone back once(when I was in college with friends) to get one of their cheeseburgers/Whoppers/etc. Not that there is anything wrong with the kitchen or anything like that. It is just that you would smell of Burger King(greasy hamburgers) when you left. And when I enter a Burger King during lunchtime and smell that Burger King smell, it is unmistakable(and I could do without it). I never worked breakfast there. I think it was because you had to be trained on how to make it, and the management did not want to bother unless you were a full-timer there. I remember catching a glimpse of one of their breakfast videos while I was on break and thinking, «Oh, that’s how they make the scrambled eggs(or scrambled egg substance).» Anyway, I can still go for breakfast, and football starts early on the West Coast so sometimes you need something quick. Their bacon, egg and cheese croissant is not that bad(though quite greasy and definitely bad for you). Their cheesy tots(tater tots mixed with cheese, breaded and then deep fried) should be a lot better, but they are dry(and don’t ooze with that fake melted cheese, which let’s face it, if you are eating at Burger King, you are probably a fan of that cheese). What a shame. In terms of fast food breakfasts, you could do worse(see Carl’s Jr.). From reviewing the evidence of the sandwich wrappers and cheesy tots boxes, Burger King’s breakfast does seem to be greasier than McDonald’s.
