If you are looking for a gym that gets results and is down to earth this is the place.
Athletic Body Solution is not a fancy gym; with pools, saunas and a valet service but what it does have is a trainer that provides real down to earth personalized training.
Aamir Howard knows how to train you, push you to maximize your workouts. His workouts are amazing and get results. Under his guidance I have been able to get into the best shape of my life. I now have muscles in places I never thought possible.
I strongly recommend this place over any other place.

I love this gym. CJ and Amir are the best trainers ever. I am dying after I finish my workout. The workouts are only half hour. I have lost 30lbs in 6 weeks. I am one hot momma thanks to them. I love the one on one personal training. You get that individual attention for body sculpting without some gross guy hitting on you. I would recommend this to everyone who needs to lose weight or tone up. Its only three sixty per month — they are a lot cheaper than most trainers and are just as effective.
