Very unprofessional. I needed two sets of prints for two teaching licenses, and got the first done with culver city police. The timing wasn’t convenient for the second set and so I went here. He went super fast, and stupidly I didn’t say anything because I am so busy and needed to get it done. My prints were rejected. Don’t make the same mistake I did; this guy seemed like he had something better to do on his computer. Grrrrrrrrr

I got referred to this place by my boss, well, to the old location… later to find out they relocated to Culver City. I needed to get fingerprints done for Board licensing. Although the instructions from the Board said to go to the police department and other places, I went to this place since they’re certified by DOJ. My boss suggested doing the live scan (he was paying for it also), but I opted for fingerprinting since it was cheaper. Since I had 2 fingerprint documents, I was told to get 2 sets done. The process was pretty quick and the staff was pretty cool. They cracked some funny jokes here and there The only thing I had regret was not filling out the fingerprint paperwork at work or at home. I would’ve been out of this place sooner.
Cost for fingerprints was $ 15 each. Not bad. It would’ve been double the price at the police department.
