–The way the store is laid out and the overall selection is equal to other CVS’ that I’ve been to. –Overall, prices are, well… pricey, but that’s CVS in general, not just this location. –In regards to the pharmacy, they have never(not even once), met the time they quoted me on having my prescription filled. I’ve been going to this location for a little over a year now and have to come twice a month for different meds. So, that’s at least 24 visits where I’ve never gotten my prescription on time. –In the pharmacy department, the reps are verrrryy sllloowwww. The line gets backed up very easily at this location, not because there’s too many customers vs having enough reps, but because of how slow they are. –This has happened on at least 3 visits: They hadn’t filled my prescription that I called in a refill for. They apologized and then told me it would be two additional hours. This has happened at other CVS’, but the difference was, when it happened at other locations, they filled my prescription right away instead of telling me that I would need to wait a few hours. I don’t drive, because I suffer from epilepsy. I can’t come back in a few hours. I need my meds when I show up to pick them up. This is very important to me and it feels like this location has a complete disregard for people. –This has happened on at least 3 visits as well: I would show up to pick up the prescription after being given a time quote only to be told it needed a pre-authorization. I get that is not CVS’ fault, but each time it happened, I was told they would now send the paperwork to the doctor. Here’s my question: Why not send the paperwork to the doctor when you found out it needed a pre-authorization instead of waiting and sitting on that bit of info. If a prescription needed a pre-auth, why not tell me, instead of allowing me to come back to the store thinking my meds were ready when they weren’t? –As for the front counter, service has always been passable, but usually they only have one cashier on duty. Sometimes the line gets backed up. I saw the cashier ask who I would take as a manager for help in getting the line down. The manager disregarded the employee. Had to say that I was shocked to see that happen right in front of a line with 5 customers in it. –The best thing I can say about this location is that between this location and the one at Wal-Green’s, the Redbox that’s outside, seems to have one of the better selection of movies compared to other machines in the area.
