They are horrible. From the front desk to Dr. Umbel. Horrible. I’ve been trying for almost 2 months to get contact lens from these clowns. They ordered the wrong prescription 3 different times! I will never go back and never recommend them to anyone. Sad to see this bad service in our small town with few options.

I had a pleasant experience. They were friendly and attentive… perhaps, this is due to the fact that they are relatively new and there were very few… and I do mean… very few customers in the store at the time that I went. However, they definitely will keep my business. No complaints here!
