Catamount Peak Apartments

Our daughter lived here for one year. It is NOT a safe environment. Cars are vandalized frequently. Workers and maintenance people appear without the required 24 hour notice. The main entrance to our daughter’s apartment was left unlocked each day for approximately 10 days while the ceiling was torn out. When we called the office to complain, we were told that all apartments being worked on were left unlocked so workers could come and go as necessary. Really??? At 7pm at night? All weekend? In addition to being totally careless about safety, staff are rude. Going to the owner, Kinney Realty in Raleigh, also produces no results.
I could go on and on… but the bottom line is DO NOT LET YOUR COLLEGE STUDENT LIVE HERE if you care about their safety.
