We were passing thru and saw them on Unilocal and decided to stop in for lunch. Nice little bar and nice décor. We didn’t order drinks other than a diet and sweet tea, and the tea was very good. We started with the smoked tuna dip and a Order of fried pickles and jalapeños. Both were good. The tuna dip was served with saltines so I’m not sure if it was worth ten dollars but it was tasty. We ordered the BBQ burger which I was told wSs really good, and the chicken Alfredo pasta that i was told was really good as well. We also ordered the garbage nachos and was told they were ok, just ok. I got the lobster stuffed ravioli in a sherry reduction, the ravioli was awesome stuffed with real lobster but the sauce reduction still had a strong alcohol taste to it, I don’t believe it had been cooked long enough to reduce. This was a bummer because I was really looking forward to it. Over all it was a good experience and we do not regret our choice. They do have live music on some nights and I’m sure it would be fun to hang out and listen. According to the pictures on the back wall the owners must be connected with a fish market which would explain all the seafood options on the menu.

We love to go to Brothers for crablegs and shrimp. Very good and at a reasonable price. The atmosphere is relaxed. We love to sit on the back deck when the weather is agreeable. If you love seafood give Brothers a try. We have never been disappointed!

Brothers has the best atmosphere and food! The service is always friendly and quick! The food is wonderful! The Low Boil is large and my son loves their crab legs! My husbands burgers are always cooked to perfection. And oh my, the four cheese ravioli, it is amazing, definitely my favorite! They have a nice variety of beer, bottled and on tap. Prices reflect the quality of the food! All around a great place!

Eight of us was in town for a business meeting. We were out for the night and came here for dinner! Why? Don’t know? But absolutely glad we did. This place is a little hole in the wall. Just an old looking bar, not much décor. Service is a little slow, just expect more time there. So we all came in put three tables together, sat down and ordered our drinks. We also ended up ordering the tuna spread, fried oyster, and some weird name appetizers that started with a B. Then we ordered three sets of crab legs, two sets of low boil, a John Wayne burger with fries. Service: Like I said, it’s a little slow. However the generosity more then made up for it. Everyone there are very nice. Drinks: Cold beer, and a selection on tap. Soda machine for us who have to drive. Food: It was great, shrimp was excellent, sausage, potatoes, and corn was amazing. The John Wayne burger was very good. I didn’t eat the crab, but by looking at everyone else. It look like it was a hit. Music: The live music was very entertaining, everyone there were very involved. Great band. This place was definitely a huge hit.

I’ve never left a restaurant review before but my short experience here was so bad I have to warn others. I don’t see the point of them even having a menu. Everything I tried to order I got told«we don’t have that». I wanted raw oysters and they refused to serve them any way but fried. Which leads me to believe they are canned and not fresh. They also do false advertising on the back of their menu. There was an advertisement to get 10 percent off your meal by texting BROTHERS to a number. When I mentioned the deal, the response was«oh that doesn’t work any more». Um, well mark it off of the menu then. Is it any wonder a restaurant that lazy would serve canned food? After my 3rd attempt to order a meal only to be told«we can’t do that», I just paid for my tables drinks and left. The restaurant staff just stayed seated at the bar while we were leaving. We were the only customers in there at the time. Please please PLEASE avoid this place like the plague!!!

I had their gator on a bay of rice. It was excellent. My second time having gator and no regrets. The first time was in Louisiana. Service was excellent as well. Relaxing atmosphere with the game on.

The place is cute and the live music was great. However the food and service left me unimpressed, I had a grilled chicken salad it was $ 10 for greens topped with grapes, strawberries, mandarin oranges and what appeared to be the precooked chicken one can purchase from the deli section of the grocery store. I was interested in the oysters but when asked where they are from the waitress replied with«the gulf».I kind of figured but was hoping for a little more accurate description. The server was not very friendly and I would certainly not go back for the food but possibly for the atmosphere and a drink. I do not live in Cullman but I did grow up here so I hope they can be successful, but they do have things they need to improve.

Didn’t come for any drinks so let’s talk about the food. Appetizer of Boudain($ 4) got us two cajun rice stuffed sausages served somewhat unceremoniously with a line of saltine crackers. The Brother’s Burner($ 9) was a jalepano and sour cream burger with the meat equivalent of three burgers. The bun was buttery and sweet. Served with chips and a crisp pickle. The Four Cheese Ravioli($ 12) came with a creamy alfredo and deeply flavorful sundried tomato sauce. Kind of a vodka sauce built around that sweet sundried tomato taste with fresh chopped tomatoes centered on the top. With garlic bread. A slice of turtle cheese cake($ 3) finished the show. Every inch of it was 10 out of 10 rich and absolutely fan-freaking-tastic. Brother’s Kitchen’s Facebook page says that they’re cash only but they happily took my debit card without a contrary comment. Waitstaff was fine and friendly enough to invite us back for live acoustic music on the weekends.
