Normally we have really great service here. We’ve been coming here for years.
However, after our latest oil change, my husband asked to have the headlight replaced, which they did. When we got home, we saw that our headlight cover was BROKEN almost completely off. Confused, we went back to Valvoline. The mechanic said it was broken when we got there. (??) Um no. Our cover was fine when we got there. (Odd he didn’t say anything about a broken cover when he was replacing the light.). But of course we can’t prove anything. Now we have to get our headlight cover replaced.

I was helped out by Joel and his crew over the weekend. Very professional, they treat you with respect, and the communication between themselves is excellent. Joel even went above and beyond by explaining a few things about my car that I wasn’t aware of. I’ll be back again in 5,000 miles.

I originally went to the one on Layton Ave but it’s roof caught fire and is under repair. The oil techs at this location were just as professional and were honest about things. They didn’t try to sell me a service that I didn’t need. Great service. I will definitely be back even if the one on Layton opens up again.
