UNITS Moving and Portable Storage

I sold a property recently and the buyer was very fickle with the furnishings he wanted to purchase so there was a bit of a scramble to get things moved within a short period of time.
I looked at other Pod type storage but I went with UNIT storage for two reasons. They lay out all the fees up front. And most importantly, they provided the BEST CUSTOMER CARE I have ever experienced around a move. Moving is inherently stressful but to have someone like HILDA walk you through, make suggestions and assure you that everything will be done as promised, was well worth it.
The UNIT was dropped off as promised. Clean, placed exactly where I wanted it and picked up when promised. My only suggestion is that you really tie things down WELL inside the UNIT. There was some shifting, a little disappointing. They have a robot that assist with the delivery and pick up and the driver operating the robot was a cool guy. When I went to visit the actual storage space where the UNIT was stored, I found it clean and well protected.
Hilda Is an amazing employee. I hope the owners know what they have. She completely sold me on this new paradigm as a way of moving with less stress. She is professional with just the right personal touch. Thanks UNIT STORAGE, you saved me on this one.

Units in Cudahy are always there when need you them, day or night (even late nights). Elizabeth is very courteous and ready to help at any time. The service is excellent. The rates are great and they understand that in the water & fire damage business emergencies happen and they are willing to help at any time. Elizabeth takes the time to explain everything. Thank you for all that you do. You’re company is a great one to work with.

So professional and courteous. The service is excellent. UNITS was less than the others for better (larger) product. The office staff is on the ball and took care of us through a time that our house had been flooded and we were displaced. UNITS made an impossible time in our life a little more bearable. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. It was all taken care of for us.

Units Moving gave excellent service. I called all their competitors (Pods, United Mayflower, U-​Pack, & Pack Rat). Units Moving were the only company that offered container within days not a week or more like the others. Plus, Units Moving were less expensive.
