ERS Carpet Cleaning

I found ERS Carpet cleaning online. In my job I deal with occasional stain removal situations where I need a quick cleaning and oil spot removal. I have had a hard time finding products that clean the carpet as well as leave it smelling good and the fabric looking natural. The guys at ERS mailed me a bottle of their famous spotter which has great reviews. I was hoping it would be good as everyone said. It was. I was impressed with not only the cleaning but the scent and cleanup afterwards. I’m in a work truck with just this a cotton rag and water. I also liked that it was concentrated because I only have to carry a small bottle which is easily tucked away. If I lived in Wisconsin, I’d have another good carpet cleaning company in my arsenal, but for now I’ll be happy with their spot removal product.

I have 3 small dogs but are moderate shedders. My dogs are rescue dogs so when they eat they carry their food to other rooms being that they are rescue I think it’s a survival method they grab their food and take off so no other animals will gets it. This leves nasty food stains on the carpeting as sometimes they don’t even eat it right away they protect it while it’s soaking in the carpeting.
I called ERS carpet cleaning and they did the service call that met my exspectations I am so happy with the results I too can lay on the carpet playing with my dogs and not feel like one myself :)

Called and left a message on a Sunday night to reserve an appt for a carpet cleaning ‘as soon as possible’. (We had a Luksusowa issue with a small party at our house.) Received a call back first thing the next morning, with a same day appointment made at that time. We mentioed a ValPak coupon deal which they were familiar with and asked if we needed any other services. The upsell/​add-​on sell was done in a very professional manner, I was impressed with that in particular.
The technician arrived on time, was very friendly and respectful of our home — even if the Luksusowa was not. He was in and out in a jiffy after confirming our services and pricing.
The total bill was exactly what we expected, but the clincher was the service on the phone and the technician. They were just nice people doing a great job with a great attitude. I highly recommend, a change from the usual ‘crapola who gives a shzz’ customer service we have experienced before from competitors.
Will definitely use them again… the Luksusowa, maybe not so much.
