Overall it was 3.5 stars but I rounded up for the effort. The exterior needs to be updated,(all of Packard Ave needs an update for that matter) Inside, the interior is pretty cool, neat, cozy, & clean. They did a good job decorating. Waitress/servers are pretty nice & attentive. Menu is all burgers & comfort food type items. Burgers are greasy but quite tasty & good. Fries were great too. We got the Ice-Cream sandwich for desert, it was great but big & unique because they used large cookies for the ends. Price was average. I will probably go back.

Stopped in for my lunch break. Had the egg on ur face burger. It was a really good greasy burger. The pricing was good. Will definitely be back for another delicious burger.

This restaurant is SUCH a nice addition to Cudahy. The burgers we had were pretty good(not outstanding) and large, the fries were good, and their dill and garlic arioli dipping sauces were amazing! We went on a Friday night and had our food served quickly by a very friendly staff. Being a Cudahy resident, my family also loved looking at and talking about the historic Packard Avenue wallpaper. Hopefully, at some point the restaurant will put up a better outside sign or more lights in their windows. This is a nice gem of a restaurant and right now, it could be easily missed.

Staff and interior are spectacular. Really fun little spot. Fried cheese curds were very disappointing, frozen mozzarella sticks are not curds. Batter some curds and fry them. Burger was as expected, a frozen Patty with decent ingredients on a average bun. Don’t get me wrong it was tasty and priced right but not impressive. Great diner for a good meal on the quick and cheap. Would go again.

My husband & I ventured in today for the first time. Space heaters everywhere — their heat apparently not working. But I can’t fault them for that. Menu had a lot of appealing choices. Service was great, but burgers were underwhelming. Overdone, not much flavor on the pre-formed patty. Would have thought they’d be fresh. Sweet potato fries were good, though overdone as well. May try them one more time to see if it’s better, but if it’s not, we won’t go out of our way to eat there.

Stopped in and met my husband here for lunch today. The interior is great, and a cute look into the Packard Avenue of old. Service was spot-on, very friendly and accommodating(a party of 8 came in… They gave each person their own individual bill. Wow!). Food was seriously tasty. I loved the lightly battered, chewy cheese curds; and highly recommend the dill aioli. They make their own dipping sauces, and they are the bomb. Burgers were tasty as well. I had the blue cheese BBQ burger; and while the blue cheese was lost slightly under the sauce and bacon– it was still a satisfying burger. Husband ordered The Firehouse burger: good amount of heat and spice to it. The fries were great(I tried the truffle aioli– also amazing); and the Cajun onion rings were also tasty. No complaints at all. As a Cudahy resident, I hope they do well and continue to have a packed restaurant– this is exactly the type of place we need more of in our city.

Although they haven’t had their grand opening yet, the outside needs to be updated! A banner sign is not very inviting. The interior of the restaurant was surprisingly pleasant and welcoming. The wallpaper images of Packard Ave were appropriate and appeared to be a topic of conversation amongst all of the patrons in the restaurant. We ordered the tater tot nachos which were tasty at first, but the bottom of the dish was watery and the last few bites weren’t as good as the first. My daughters split an order of macaroni and cheese and both had plenty to eat. The waitress even offered cut up hot dogs in their dish which was a bonus. My wife ate the macho nacho burger which she enjoyed! She also liked the fries that came with the burger. I ate the firehouse burger which I felt was ok. It really didn’t have much flavor to it, and definitely no heat, which both surprised me. I felt that the fries that came with it were awesome. The store owner was around while we were dining and talking with customers about things to come. Seems like a great concept and we had a good meal so we’ll likely be back soon.

It’s so nice to have this restaurant in town. The food was great, the atmosphere was quaint, and the service was exceptional. There are a few minor issues that need to be sorted out, but I accept that being they just opened and probably didn’t realize the reception they would be getting. Though I love Mexican and Chinese food, I’m so glad that Cudahy now has a burger joint to call home, especially one I’m comfortable taking a kid to. We were long overdue for this.

New restaurant. Hasn’t had grand opening yet, so it has time to fix a few minor things. Love the menu, location, prices are good, service was great and burger was seasoned well. Liked that it had malts and a variety of sundaes, And the prices were right on target for the desserts. I really liked my meal and would go back soon. But when ordering I would tell them to cook my fries a little longer,(some we a little raw in the middle) and seeing that the menu states that the burgers come pink on the inside, then they should come that way. Ours were cooked through, pretty well done. But they were tasty and a very good size. Next time I will say pink inside and crisp up the fries and then my meal will be perfect. They look very eager to please. They even sell soda by the pitcher which you don’t see in restaurants much anymore. Nice kids menu too.

First visit here was a winner. I had the fish sandwich, YUM!!! Definite winner. J had the chicken sandwich, and loved it. The cheese curds were tastier than the normal cheese curd fare. Gonna go back for sure. Gonna try a burger next time.

I was seated us at a table that had not been wiped off and still had a dirty dish on it. After standing in front of the dirty table for 10 minutes, surrounded by food debris all over the floor, another staff member came over and cleaned it off. She was very apologetic. I waited for 30 minutes for my food. It was about 1:30 in the afternoon. The restaurant was slightly busy but not 30 minutes for a burger busy. The staff was very nice and apologetic but they did not seem to be organized at all. My food arrived and my fries were soggy, greasy and luke warm at best. The burger bun was very greasy, the red onion was cut very thick and very thin(not cohesive), the lettuce was romaine(not what I expected for a burger) it was thick and kept slipping out of the side. The bacon was cooked perfect for a burger, nice and crispy. When I tried to pay with my credit card, the internet connection kept doing down. After several failed attempts, I offered to pay by check but I was told that they do not accept checks. I did not have enough cash on hand so I had to wait for the staff to resolve the internet issue before I could leave. Finally they agreed to take a check. If you are in a hurry for lunch this is not the place to go. About 45 minutes later I started getting stomach cramps and spent the next few hours in the bathroom. I’m not sure if there is a sanitary issue going on there or the food was just too greasy for me. Either way, I am very disappointed. I was hoping for a great new lunch destination and I ended up with a bad first impression. Sadly I will not be returning. For everyone else, I guess you will just have to check it out and see how your own experience pans out. Good Luck!
